The very well-lit 120 m2 roof deck apartment offers space for up to 6 people. Here we are dealing with an apartment with attractive paintings and a modern, but cozy atmosphere. The apartment was completely luxuriously renovated in 2004. There is an elevator. From two secluded roof decks with southern fora, you can enjoy a stunning view above the roofs of Barcelona and the newest architectural attraction, the Torre Agbar, and the Mediterranean Sea. 3 bedrooms: the 3 rooms have day light and are located on the upper level.

Final cleaning costs € 70.00. A caution of € 300.00 as a guarantee for the apartment is due upon arrival and will be reimbursed upon departure if there are no damages.
    The caution is to be paid in cash.
    A deposit of 30% of the price is to be paid via a bank transfer to confirm the reservation.
  • Check in is after 14:00. Upon arrival after 20:00, a fee of € 25.00 is due and is to be paid directly on site. For arrivals after 23:00, a fee of € 40.00 is due and is to be paid directly on site.

The lower patio (accessible from the living/dining room) offers you the option of enjoying Spanish specialties in the middle of southern plants. Appropriate patio furniture is available. The large kitchen is completely equipped with everything that you need for your holiday. There are 2 luxuriously equipped bathrooms. The patio apartment is located on the top floor of the building in the city district Eixamples near the Sagrada Familia.

There is a Metro station conveniently located right in front of the building, and it only takes around 8 minutes to get to Las Ramblas. There is a large corridor when you enter the apartment, ideal for keeping your luggage. Situated in a typical building of the area, in the attic with a lift.

Dear Sigi and Shani, thank you for a wonderful stay in one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen ! The weather was perfect and the people there are very friendly.

The proximity to the Metro and bus lines made it easy to get to all points, and the neighborhood shops and cafe's were outstanding. We felt very welcome.

Eine sehr schöne stilvolle eingerichtete Wohnung im herzen Barcelonas, ich als Koch war natürlich von der herrlichen Küche und den in der nähe befindlichen Märkte begeistert. Sehr hilfreich waren auch die vielen Insider- Tips von Besitzer Siggi die mann alle mit den in der nähe befindlichen Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichen kann (sehr praktisch wenn man spanischen Wein genauso liebt wie ich). Kurz und knapp war es eine super Woche und an dieser stelle noch mal danke!!!
Fazit: unbedingt Hinfahren!!!

Traumhaft schönes Penthaus

Wir waren von 09.06.09 bis 13.06.09 in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung,die sehr zentral liegt, wir 5 Girls hatten sehr viel Spaß und fühlten uns wohl. Die Wohnung können wir nur weiter empfehlen, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein besonderes Lob an die Putzfrau. Sie hat uns sehr geholfen mit der Wegbeschreibung vom Flughafen bis zur Wohnung. Unser Heimflug war um 4 Uhr Früh, sie war pünklich zur Stelle und half uns ein Taxi zu bestellen. Auch mit dem Vermieter Siegi hat alles super geklappt. Danke und wir kommen wieder ! PS.: Übrigens mein Mann kommt mit Freunden nächstes Jahr.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Barcelona

Wir (2 Paare) waren vom 30.9. - 5.10.2009 in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt und das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist ein guter Start in den Tag.

Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig an der U-Bahn Station Encantes, von wo aus man in wenigen Minuten alle zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht.

Also, wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Barcalona sicher wieder zusehen, dass wir diese Wohnung mieten können.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage verbracht in
dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Das Penthaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ideal. Am liebsten hatten wir die schönen großen Terassen mit wunderbaren Ausblick über Barcelona und das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, die Bäder und die Wohnräume sind sehr gemütlich mit einem mediterranen Flair gestaltet. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Meer und das Stadtzentrum liegen auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich kann die Wohnung jederzeit sehr empfehlen.
