75 ft of Waterfront, Gourmet Kitchen, 2 BR home + Out Cabin, 2.5 Bath, Sleeps 10

Half acre property set well back from highway by long landscaped driveway. Approx 2000 sq feet of updated Log home. Very Clean. Situated right on the water with unobstructed lakefront view from main bedrooms, kitchen, dining and lower living room.

Spacious bedrooms on upper and lower levels have brand new King Beds, and out door Cabin has 2 brand new Queen Beds. Lower Level also has single up and down bunk beds perfect for kids, teens, or individuals.

Upper level has new gourmet kitchen including oversize fridge, dishwasher, oven with warming drawer, many small appliances, cutlery, dish-ware, and plenty of prep and storage area. Indoor dining area to be furnished with table that fits 8-10. Living room has leather furniture and gorgeous rock faced fireplace. Lower level family room furnished with spacious brand new couch 48inch T.V., and space to play!

600 sq ft outdoor deck is furnished with hot-tub, brand new loungers with canopy umbrella, large fire-pit, adirondack chairs ( can be moved around property including onto dock), BBQ and dining table which can seat up to 8 comfortably (more can be accommodated on surrounding bench seating), outdoor fridge, stereo, and outdoor shower. Deck wraps around home to additional 300 square foot porch.

Upstairs bathroom includes shower/tub, lower has enclosed shower, and outdoor rustic bathroom is fully plumbed.

Washer and dryer onsite, some pets permitted with deposit ( inquire).

Two sets of outdoor stairs link upper and lower floors of home (one set covered).

Both my Husband and myself grew up on the West Coast and moved to Kamloops in 2011. Since then we have fallen in love with the Thompson Okanagan lifestyle, and have chosen this as the place to raise our family. We love the outdoors, and spending as much time as we can in its natural playground!

When we moved to Kamloops from the west coast owning a lakefront retreat was always one of our goals. We fell in love with this property before even stepping in the door. Standing on the deck, staring out at the water we knew it was the exact place we hoped to start making our family memories. The beautiful well kept home was an added bonus!
