Very beautiful, bright apartment in the 4th floor with view of Schöneberg and the greenery. You enter the apartment via a lavish hallway with cloakroom. The apartment with cable (Flat screen) TV, DVD-Player, stereo, internet and telephone (both with unlimited use) has a dining table for 6 persons, a comfortable sofa bed as well as a book case with information on Berlin and light fiction for rainy days. There is a seating corner with sun umbrella on the southern balcony. There is a cozy, lavish bedroom with double bed and large cupboard as well as a small bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen with breakfast counter is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking range with fume hood, baking oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Crockery and cutlery as well as cooking utensils are available. The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, a big wash basin, a mirrored cabinet and blow dryer.

There is a big supermarket right opposite the house, where you can buy everything for your daily needs. Several shops in the surroundings are within walking distance. The Steglitzer Schlossstraße, one of the largest and most modern shopping streets of Berlin is approx. 1.5 km away. The bus routes 187 and 246 are in the vicinity. You can reach the government district and the shopping centers of the City-West with the highly frequent bus route 187. The Friedenau station, with route S1, is at a 10 minute walking distance. From here you can immediately reach the City-East with the Potsdam square, Unter den Linden (Under the linden trees), Alexander square, the Friedrichstraße and the Museum Island. You can reach the Botanical gardens or Wannsee with connection to Potsdam and its sights if you travel in another direction. A popular Berlin district with many restaurants and pubs lies behind the Friedenau station. You can learn to Tango here.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rates are applicable for 1-2 persons per night. Each extra person is charged an additional 10 € per night. Bed linen, towels as well as dish towels are provided and are inclusive in the rate. Flat-rate of 30 € for final cleaning. We take a security deposit of 200 €, which we refund to you by hand-over on the day of departure. Your booking is obligatory for both parties, once you pay an advance of 50% of the rent agreed upon. The remaining balance has to be paid when you enter the apartment. In case of a cancellation up to 2 weeks before the day of arrival, we levy a cancellation charge of 25% of the rent and if you cancel less than 2 weeks before the day of arrival, we ask for a cancellation charge of 50% of the rent.
