About Rick or Lyn Puskas
After enjoying the rental of Serendipity I, Rick and I fell in love with Serendipity II which is larger and on a corner lot. We enjoy the easy beach access across the street and relaxing back at our home with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We are opening our home to rent so you can enjoy it as well.
Rick is a Pittsburgh born sports enthusiast that turned Floridian at a young age. He has many fond childhood memories of times on the captivating Anna Maria Island. He is a great source for tickets to local sporting events, concerts or entertainment having worked in the industry for many years.
Lyn is a native Floridian who moved from the East Coast of Florida to the West Coast to raise her family. She and Rick love to stay active and have often biked from Anna Maria down through Longboat Key.
We look forward to making your stay at our home on Anna Maria Island a pleasant one that you will repeat for many years.

Why Rick or Lyn Puskas chose Anna Maria
We love the quaint island feel with charming local shops and beautiful beaches so much that we are a little afraid to mention that Anna Maria Island was just voted # 4 Travelers' Choice 2013 Best Island.

Anna Maria, Florida
Just south of Tampa, Anna Maria is a Gulf Coast beach town that has managed to avoid the sort of overdevelopment that plagues similar areas nearby – so it retains a certain small-town coastal Florida charm. With a high proportion of residences being second homes or vacation homes, Anna Maria tends to be much quieter as well. The entire city is a protected bird sanctuary, and don’t be surprised if you happen to meet a manatee during your morning swim. “It's an important sea turtle hatching ground, and for much of the year, there just aren't that many people on it,” says Cochran. “What's funny is that even though it's at the bottom lip of Tampa Bay, nine people out of ten in Florida don't even know where it is. European tourists have discovered it, but it seems like Floridians have been the last to find out.”
