Villa in Kissimmee Area, Orlando/Disney Area, Florida. Our Villa is an ex-show home, with all the little extra touches. The Villa is located in the exclusive 'Indian Point' development and the Villa backs onto a conservation area, which is not overlooked at the rear. The pool and spa are both heated, the pool area is also screened. Our villa is air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Two separate dining area's, the kitchen nook and the lounge/diner. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, the en-suite also has a walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom three consists of a single bed along with a double bunk bed. Indian Point is only 2 miles from Walmart and 3 miles from highway 192, where there is a wealth of shops and restaurants. But most important of all you are only 10-15 minutes away from Disney. There are plenty of Golf Courses nearby, so this area is popular with the golfers.

Indian Point is a quiet residential development just off Poinciana Blvd. Situated 3 miles south of Highway 192. There are plenty of shops and restaurants situated along the 192, with Old Town situated just 4 miles away. Orlando airport is only 30 minuets away and the nearest beach is an hours drive away. There is a 24 hour property management team just a phone call away. All local calls are free from the Villa. All the main attractions are within easy reach, Disney Theme Parks and Downtown Disney is only 15 mins away, with Sea World 20 mins and Universal Studios 25 mins away. There is a wide selection of Golf Courses in the area.

Notes: The Master bedroom is very spacious and consists of a king size bed, TV and alarm clock radio. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate walk in shower, with separate toilet and twin sinks. There is also a walk in wardrobe as well as a separate wardrobe in the en-suite room. Bedroom 2 consists of a queen bed, wardrobe and TV Bedroom 3 consists of a single bed as well as a bunk bed which can sleep 3. The bathroom is shared between Bedroom 2 and 3. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. The lounge/dining area is also very spacious. The dining table seats 4 people, there is seating for 6 in the lounge area. There is also a TV with cable TV and stereo. The Kitchen is fully fitted with all the comforts of home and has seating for 4 people. There is a separate utility room for washing and drying. The pool and spa is to the rear of the Villa and is screened and heated, this backs on to a conservation area, which gives you privacy. There is parking for 2 cars on the drive.
