Photos and Description of the Conil de la Frontera vacation villa rental New in rustic style, less than 10 minutes to the beaches and Conil

This newly built villa in rustic Spanish style is peacefully situated in the hills of Conil. There is a fantastic panorama of meadows, ranges of hills and at a short distance even the sea. The 10 x 5 m pool with a little waterfall is in a well maintained garden with lots of Mediterranean foliage. The plot is approx. 1,200 m2. In the villa of 170 m2 there is every comfort for 7 – 8 persons: on the upper floor there are two fine balconies for viewing sunrise and sunset, each about 14 m2. In the living room there is a lovely fireplace, 2 sofas, a dining table with 8 chairs and a TV with international programmes. The kitchen is fully fitted out with the best equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hot plates and oven, coffee machine and lots more. Each floor has a beautiful bathroom, the downstairs one with a corner bath.

This newly built villa in rustic Spanish style is peacefully situated in the hills of Conil de la Frontera. There is a fantastic panorama of meadows, ranges of hills and at a short distance even the sea. Although it is peaceful and surrounded by southern Spanish nature, the nearest sandy beach is only 10 minutes away on foot. You might catch a sight of eagles and buzzards overhead.
