Italienischer Palazzo abseits der Touristenströme

Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung in einem alten italienischen Palazzo in dem hübschen alten und ursprünglichen Städtchen Gerace in Kalabrien, fast am südlichsten Festlandende.

Große hohe Räume, fast alle sehr hell, allerdings alles Durchgangszimmer !. Dachterasse, eigener "Zaubergarten" mit Teich. Einrichtung teils alt, teils italienisch angekitscht. Etwas für Italienliebhaber. Zentrale Lage, parken nicht vor der Haustür, aber unproblematisch. Kleinere Geschäfte in der Nähe.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Italienischkenntnisse sehr von Vorteil, es ist keine klassische touristische Gegend. Aber nett !
Owner's Response: Wie der bewertende Gast haben sich bisher fast alle unsere Gäste in dem alten Palazzo mitten im historischen Örtchen Gerace sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Besitzer, der für Anregungen sehr dankbar ist, hat mit Liebe zum Detail versucht, die Art der Ausstattung an das Ambiente des alten Palazzo anzupassen und gleichzeitig die notwendigen Zugeständnisse an die Erfordernisse heutiger Touristen zu erfüllen. Mit absoluter Sicherheit -und da liegt die Bewertung des Gastes ganz treffsicher richtig- handelt es sich um keine der üblichen standardisierten "Touristenaufbewahrungsschachteln", die leider allzu oft anzutreffen sind.
