Lovely rustic villa with stone façade situated at the top of a hill, just 3km from the village of Ariany , famous for the market. With spectacular views of the island. The house is simply yet comfortably furnished offering all commodities. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen and a living room with Sat. TV. Spacious grounds with plenty of olive and almonds trees, giving the property an even more rustic feeling. The pool area offers an ideal location for sunbathing and contemplating the views, specially at night, when it is possible to see many of the illuminated towns and surroundings. With good weather you can even see the sea. There are several (roof) terraces, one of them is covered and can be closed with glass panels during cold days. There is wireless internet connection. For the colder days there is heating through the whole house.

The finca is situated in a quiet area on the top of a hill, approximate 5 minutes by car from the nearest village Ariany is a small village with a population of 800 people. Here you find restaurants, tipicals cellers and a supermarket. In 15 minutes you get to the town of Inca. Inca has a population of 40,000 inhabitants. In Inca, the nearby town, you can find excellent shopping possibilities and every Thursday a large weekly market takes place in the town centre. By car you can reach the long sand beaches near Alcudia and Pollenca within approx. 30 minutes. Pollensa also offers one of the most beautiful golf courses of the island. Various excellent golf courses are situated in the South of the island, near Santa Ponsa and in Bendinat and Son Vida.
