LUXURY OCEANFRONT HOME

Luxurious home sitting directly on a prime location of the beachfront in Oceanside with direct access to your own private beach and luxury amenities to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and fun. Breathtaking views and attention to every detail throughout that you will rarely find in an oceanfront vacation home. This oceanfront home features four spacious bedrooms, each with their own large en suite bathroom plus additional half bath on main level. Oceanfront living room, master suite and great room with wet bar, patio, private beach, BBQ and fire pit. Gourmet kitchen, elevator to all three levels, and rooftop deck with spa tub. The floor plan allows for three families or four couples to comfortably share this exquisite house. Plus, you can enjoy the comforts of staying in a luxury single family home as opposed to a shared unit home or condo.

LUXURY ACCOMMODATIONS

The main level includes the gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room with balcony overlooking the beachfront and ocean. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including the oceanfront master suite and bedrooms 2 & 3. The master suite includes a king size bed, fireplace, 2 desk areas, tv and a master bathroom with spa tub, separate steam shower and spacious walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom includes a king size bed and a bunk bed with full size bed on top and bottom, tv, 2 closets and bathroom with spa tub and separate shower. The 3rd bedroom includes a queen size bed, full dresser, tv and bathroom with combined shower/spa tub. Downstairs has a great room and bar area which opens up to beachfront patio and fire pit along with the 4th bedroom with queen size bed and a twin size bunk bed and a full bathroom with shower. Beds sleep 14 comfortably. If additional sleeping space needed, there is a spacious couch in living room and two in the great room.

LUXURY AMENITIES

Everything is included to make your stay comfortable, easy and fun. We provide luxury linens and towels in all bathrooms as well as beach towels. Every room has flat screen tvs and wireless internet access. VCR/DVD and cable access. In addition, we provide surf boards, boogies boards, and beach cruiser-style bikes to use during your stay. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly host that will welcome you to the property and answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation. The host will also remain responsive to any needs or questions you may have during your stay.

Oceanside is located just 40 miles north of Downtown San Diego and 60 miles south of Los Angeles along historic Highway 101. Oceanside is one of the jewels of Southern California. With one of the most desirable climates in the nation, Oceanside features 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and draws surfers, tourists, sightseers, and families from around the globe to it sunny beaches, historic landmarks, and year round surfing competitions. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier, watch the surfers, rent a boat at the nearby harbor, or just enjoy the magnificent view from your own beach. Our family resides in North San Diego County, just minutes away from Oceanside. We chose to purchase a beach house to enjoy with our family and friends as well as use it as a vacation rental property.

Southern California has endless beaches, but few areas with homes directly on the beach. We chose this property in Oceanside so we can walk right out onto the beach, watch our kids play in the sand and surf and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. More importantly, this home was built in 2008 by the original owner and used as a second home, not as a rental property. As a result, this home is in immaculate condition. We plan to keep it that way so both our renters and our family can enjoy a beautiful, luxurious beach home.

You should know that renting from a family that also uses the property on a regular basis will give you all the comforts of home. From comfy sheets and towels to on-site bikes and boogie boards, you'll have everything at your fingertips. We care about our beach home and want you to love it as much as we do!

Our extended family stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The owner does a great job making sure guests are comfortable. Beach toys are even included - surfboards, wetsuits, bicycles, etc.

My family and I stayed at this property over valentine's weekend and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautiful and well located. In addition, the owner was amazing to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful experience. THE BEACH

Over 3.5 miles of white sandy beaches make Oceanside the ideal place for sunning, surfing, and sandcastle building. Take a leisurely stroll along the water or bring your pole for some great surf fishing. Oceanside presents one of the finest beach areas on the west coast. And it's right outside your door as well as the pier and the harbor.

THE PIER

The historic Oceanside Pier is a prized community resource as well as a monument to its citizens' persistence in seeing that a pier remains a part of its oceanfront recreational facilities. It remains one of the longest wooden construction recreational piers on the West Coast. The pier is a recreational common ground, a place where young and old, fisherman and surfer, tourist and residents mingle, stroll, and sit to watch the waves or the sunset while enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Ocean. While a fishing license is required for surf fishing on the beach, no license is needed for fishing off the pier.

THE HARBOR

Unlike most ports, all boats are visible from a two-lane asphalt drive encircling its shoreline. Fine restaurants, picnic tables, and a Harbor Village with shops, eateries, and a lighthouse, along with the nearby Harbor Beach combine to offer the seafarer and motor visitor an enchanting experience of color and atmosphere. Oceanside's Harbor is a mecca for sportfishing, whale watching, boating and other water-oriented activities. The Marina inside the harbor has sloops ranging in length from 25-51 feet.

THE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Oceanside's recreational opportunities are geared to fit every lifestyle. The city boasts 3 golf courses, numerous tennis courts and over 6 miles of beachfront roadway just perfect for jogging, biking or rollerblading. Known as a mecca for watersports, our 260 slip Harbor has a convenient boat launch area and offers services for boat, kayak and jetski rentals. Helgren's Sportfishing Inc. operates daily sportfishing charters going out of the Harbor, and also offers Whale Watching Tours from December through March. Try your hand at surf fishing along our coastline, or simply drop a line off the end of our 1972 ft pier and wait for the fish to bite. Oceanside also hosts numerous amateur and professional surfing contests through out the year.

THE THEME PARKS

Considered the hub of Southern California, Oceanside is just a short distance from Southern California Attractions and surrounding areas. Oceanside’s prime location is the ideal home base to centralize oneself to explore nearby area attractions including Disneyland and California Adventure (both 1 hour north), Legoland and the Museum of Making Music (just 15 minutes away), the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, and Sea World (all 30-40 minutes away).

THE NATURE CENTER

At the southern edge of Oceanside, you’ll find the Buena Vista Audubon Society’s Nature center. Sited on the Buena Vista Lagoon, the Center offers a variety of natural history experiences. In the course of an afternoon, you can walk amid native plants to see views of the lagoon and its bird life, discover tracks along the shore that reveal the night’s animal visitors, tour the garden of native plants, find the world’s tiniest mammals in one of the exhibits of local habitat, learn what endangered species live in the lagoon and challenge your children with nature games.

THE MUSEUM

The Oceanside Museum of Art is a cultural jewel location in downtown Oceanside with a view of the Pacific Oceans and the historic Oceanside Pier. The museum is housed in a classic Irving Gill designed building that represents the flavor of Southern California in the 1930’s. Providing North San Diego County with a variety of programming that compliments its progressive exhibition schedule, OMA presents five provocative exhibits each year. In addition to this museum, San Diego offers a multitude of museums just 30-40 minutes away.

THE MORNING MARKET - THURSDAYS

Mingle with locals and experience Southern California’s bounty of locally grown produce and flowers. Enjoy ocean views while browsing gourmet baked goods, pre-packed specialty foods and regional crafts. Freshly prepared hot foods are available for breakfast and lunch.
