Hinterzarten Spa with its curative climate is uniquely situated in a high-lying valley in one of the most delightful spots in the Black Forest. It always snows here in winter, since the Hinterzarten area runs from the shore of Lake Titisee, 850 m away, to Feldberg, which at 1400 m is the highest elevation in the Black Forest. Here skiing and tobogganing are possible whereas it will only take you 20 min to drive down into the valleys of the Upper Rhine Plane where the vegetation level includes trees in full bloom. A splendid, primitive region where ravines and torrents, dense forests and extensive vineyards lie side by side. Excursions to the Europa-Park theme park, to Switzerland which is nearby or to the Alsace region, visit the theatre, go shopping or concerts in Freiburg, Basel, Strasbourg or Colmar. The adventure parks at Steinwasen and Löffingen, Mainau Island and the Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen are worth a visit. Practice ranges. Golf instructors. Földi Clinic nearby.

  • The price is per week for two persons. Each additional person 5 € per day extra. Shorter stays are available as long as they are not over the weekend. At Christmas, on New Year’s Eve and at Carnival time the price is 45 € per day for two persons and 5 € for each additional person. Spa fees are extra. With the spa card you can use the public transport in Südbaden for free. The apartment must be cleaned before departure. This can be carried out by the owner for a fee of 30 €.
