Generous mediterranean holiday home for up to 8 persons with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, spacious terrace, roof terrace, deckchairs, barbecue and an own pool. The holiday home has been completely renovated in winter 2007/2008. Now the new pictures in the advertisement show the house after the renovation. In the near surrounding there are a couple of fantastic beaches and bays. You reach the local beach in about 2 minutes by car. On foot you need about 10 minutes. The next shopping centre is in Santanyi, about 5 kilometres away from Cala Llombards. Twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday, there is held a farmer's market in Santanyi. It is one of the most beautiful markets in the region.

  • The rental rate contents for each person: one towel, one bath towel and complete bed linen. For the final cleaning we charge you 80 EUR, you pay direct to our caretaker when you return the keys. On booking, there is to pay 20 % of the total rental rate, maximum 300 EUR. The rest of the rental rate we ask you to pay 4 weeks before the journey. We recommend to sign a travel cancellation expenses insurance. We recommend you to rent a car during your holidays in Mallorca.
  • By request a washing machine is available.
  • Special offer longtime rental! From 15th November to 28th February. Term of lease at least 30 days. Rental rate per day: 65,-- EUR plus 80,-- EUR one time charge for final cleaning.

Alles für einen schönen Urlaub

Ein komplett ausgestattetes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit viel Kompfort (Waschmaschine, Trockner, 2 Babybetten, 2 Hochstühle etc.). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, wir wurden rechtzeitig über alles Wichtige (Schlüsselübergabe, Anfahrt, Supermarkt ) informiert, vor Ort waren Ausflugstipps zusammengestellt. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Sandstrand Cala Llombards, der gerade für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr geeignet ist ( da gut überschaubar ). Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig für die Anreise, größere Einkäufe und Ausflüge.
Alles in allem ein Ort für erholsame Urlaubstage ohne Einkaufsstress und Touristenmeile

Wunderschöne Ferien!

Wir hatten wirklich wunderbare Ferien und dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Bucht Cala Llombards ist ein Traum und wirklich schön zum relaxen. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Strasse. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man braucht. Da wir eine 1-jährige Tochter haben, haben wir uns sehr über den schönen Kinderwagen gefreut und waren sehr froh über die Waschmaschine und den Tumbler. In ca. zehn Minuten Autofahrt ist man in Cala Figuera, wo man sehr gemütlich Abendessen kann. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und wir bekamen sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und Grüsse aus Liechtenstein!

Die Lage und die Ruhe zu Beginn des Monats April haben uns sehr gefallen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles war da. Infolge des misarablen Wetters mussten wir die meiste Zeit heizen und waren deswegen auch oft im Haus. Die Feuchtigkeit hat uns gewisse Mühe bereitet. Der Nachschub hingegen mit Gas und die Reinigung des Pools haben bestens geklappt und es war uns im grossen und ganzen richtig wohl.

Schönes Haus mit auch schöner Umgebung 200 m vom Meer. Baden, Wandern an der Steilküste, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus enthält alles, was man braucht, samt Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Empfehlenswert!

Das Kurzwochenende mit 2 befreundeten Päärchen, in diesem gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Ferienhaus, war ein Genuß.
Die Vermieter, bereits im Vorfeld sehr hilfsbereit ( gute Restaurantempfehlungen), sind aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben das Ferienhaus wie beschrieben vorgefunden.
Im Herbst kommen wir wieder.
