2700 sq ft, 5 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, sleeps 10-12 people

Villa completed in May 2005. This luxurious Mediterranean style Villa is on the High grove Community situated on the US Highway 27 at the junction with the 192. Disney is only a 10 minute drive away and the resort is within easy reach of numerous Golf courses. The house is furnished to a very high standard and stands on a premium lot which is adjacent to a wildlife area and small lake. The house has a swimming pool and spa pool which is in sunshine throughout the whole day. The lanai area which has the patio table is in sunshine in the evening till sundown. There are two Master bedrooms, one King and one Queen both with televisions. There are three twin bedrooms. One master bedroom is en suite and there are two further bathrooms upstairs. There are two large lounges and a dining room both sumptuously furnished with dining tables and leather suites in each room respectively. It has a fully fitted Kitchen and Utility with all home comfort. Broadband Internet is available.

Closer to home the community of High grove has its own Clubhouse and Large swimming pool opened in August 2005. The clubhouse will have a games room for the kids with plasma TVs and table soccer and pool.

This is within a safe walking distance about 300 metres from the Villa

Dining and Entertainment: Being at the end of the 192 gives you easy access to some fabulous restaurants such as Carrabas a superb Italian or restaurants like Outback and TGIs. Too many to mention.

The Theme Parks such as Disney Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Universal and MGM Studios are within easy reach and so is Downtown Disney offering fantastic music venues, restaurants and even Cirque du Soleil.

Drive North and visit some beautiful inland lakes at Clermont . The beaches of St Petersburgh, Tampa, Daytona and Cocoa are within a 70 minute drive away.

Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space center are 60 minutes away and you can watch the Cruise ships come in at Port Canaveral . Celebration is nearby with its Stepford Wives type community and all the shops and restaurants to go with it.

Shopping: Central Florida has a wealth of designer and good value shopping Malls and they are easily accessible from the villas location. There is a Walmart and Publix nearby for all your food shopping.

The Villa is conveniently situated on the US Highway 27 where it meets Highway 192. Drive out the gate and it is just a right turn for Disney. Although being a peaceful retreat it is only a 10 minute drive down the 192 to Disney and other major attractions. On the opposite side of the road about 1/4 mile further up the US 27 is a Walmart shopping center and petrol garage, pharmacy and many other outlets. Although in the district of Clermont it is about 12 miles from the town, and a drive to this lovely area along the US 27 is recommended as you will pass some beautiful Lakes. The West Coast areas of Tampa, St Petersburgh, and Clearwater are only a one hour drive away as are the East Coast resorts of Daytona and Cocoa Beach. The gated community of Highgrove is easy to get to from all airports as the US 27 can be reached off the Interstate Highway 4 (junction 55) then just head North on the US 27 to the Community.

  • Prices range from £475 to £650 pw.
    Pool and Spa Heat is charged at £110 per week.
    discounts of between 5 and 15 % apply for rental periods from 4 weeks onwards.
  • A breakages deposit is required on booking of £250 refundable 21 days after vacating of property and a satisfactory report being received from villa managers.
  • A deposit of £300 of is required on booking with balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
    Car hire can be arranged. IE medium SUV. £225 per week fully inc of all insurance and a tank of fuel.

Notes: The house is very spacious and has two well furnished lounges a dining room and another dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a large American fridge freezer with a range cooker, microwave oven and a full range of utensils. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A washing line in the garage. The pool is in the most of the day and there are 6 patio chairs and 4 sun loungers in the pool deck area. There is a jacuzzi next to the pool. The villa has a large games room with a pool table and air hockey table. The Highgrove Community has the benefit of a clubhouse and communal pool. There is a games room for children and other amenities available.

Brilliant, spacious and family friendly

We all loved staying in this high quality and extremely spacious villa. It's set in probably the best plot in the beautiful highgrove community.
The villa is kitted out with everything you can need, plus extras & is very clean. The kids bedrooms for example have themes & even a nightlight! They provide. Potty, baby monitor and cot bedding too. The pool heat was great too, the best we have ever had.
A good choice in our opinion, you won't be disappointed!

The location of the villa is great. This villa is located off of the road to add additional privacy. It sides to the nature preserve which was wonderful to watch the birds fly in and out. The game room is equipped with a ping pong table, pool table and air hockey table. The master bathroom is very spacious with an oversized shower and seperate tub. All of the bedrooms are nicely decorated. The kitchen is nicely equipped. We recommend this villa for your next vacation.

Brilliant for a family vacation.

What a great villa, quiet location yet a short easy drive to Disney parks and within easy reach of major shops and restaurants. The villa was modern, clean, well looked after and with all the amentities we needed for a great holiday. Help is on hand on site if needed, we did not except for asking for some directions at the clubhouse (who were very helpful). Mark was great throughout the whole booking process, giving us information and helping us to make the most of our stay. We couid not fault this villa and we all give it our highest recommendation. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Excellent place to stay for your vacation

We stayed in this house for a week. It is without a doubt an excellent place to stay for your vacation. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The water in the pool and spa was warm enough for you to enjoy. It is very convenient to the attractions, restaurants and stores. You can get almost anything you need if you forget to pack some stuff in your luggage. Just come and stay to enjoy your vacation in this lovely house. The rate was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend to any family or group who want to come to Disney and are looking for a nice place to stay. Fantastic Villa set in ideal surroundings! Close to all amenities including Restaurants and Disney itself is only a 10 minute drive away! The perfect Villa to unwind after a day at the parks with a great sized pool and jaccuzzi to relax. This was one of the best holidays my family has had and the owners of the Villa made that possible for us. We thoroughly recommend it to all and will return there ourselves in the very near future.
