Location on satellite map: unit is located in the building just to the left of Mariposa Dr. Above Mariposa Dr. is the east swimming pool which our back balcony faces. The south swimming pool is located just to the south west of our building and four of the six tennis courts are located just to the left of our building. You can see we are in the middle of everything!

We visited several times as guests, looked at several units for sale, and this unit was a cut above the rest. The east/west orientation of our 2nd floor unit provides maximum sunlight in the morning and afternoon.
This is a true desert oasis. Your stay can be as quiet or as lively as you choose. Lounge by the pool, go out every night, golf/tennis, bicycle or hike, you choose! There is tons to see and do in Palm Springs. If you enjoy sunshine, palm trees, clean/fresh air, being surrounded by beautiful mountains and a much slower pace then you will love Palm Springs and thoroughly enjoy your stay with us.
This lovely 2 bedroom condo was a treat for the month of January. The owners are excellent to deal with and the condo is exactly as described. Perks include the quiet location, lovely grounds, close pools, wonderful fruit and the fitness room. We had our grandchildren visiting us and the two bedroom set up was perfect. If you like hiking it is close to many trails. We will be back!
Our family of 4 had a delightful stay at this condo in December and over the Christmas holidays. Julie was very timely and responsive to our initial booking. The condo had all the kitchen amenities one could want and we cooked each day, enjoying sunrise breakfasts on the deck. Almost had the pool and hot tub to ourselves in December. Walking distance to our favorite Mexican restaurant El Mirasol and Ralphs for groceries and cheap, but good wine is also very close. Native Foods, a vegan gem of a restaurant, is just around the corner from Ralphs. A highlight was picking fresh oranges and grapefruit off the estate trees around the condo complex. Extremely quiet complex and nice firm beds were the precursor to long, deep sleeps after our hot tub runs at night. Thanks Julie.
My wife and I rented the Condo from Julie & Robert for Dec - Jan. The unit and surrounding grounds were exactly as described in the listing and both were clean and well maintained. You could not ask for a better location. Very little wind, no street noise and close to shopping. The property manager is readily available and responds quickly and pleasantly to any issues related to the unit. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here.
Within driving distance of Cabazon Outlet Mall, Joshua Tree National Monument, Idyllwild mountain community, Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, College of the Desert street fair, Indian Wells tennis tournament and Art Fair. Other attractions include the Palm Springs international film festival, Coachella music festival, Casino Spa, and many other local spas. Other casinos and nightly entertainment within easy driving distance. Disneyland in Anaheim, CA is little over an hour's drive to the west.
