The house is located in a wood-like garden. The rooms have modern equipment. There are hiking possibilities and special bus tariffs. Thanks to its central location, the house is an ideal starting point for trips to Stuttgart, Tübingen, Schwäbische Alb, Lake Constance, Lake Titisee, Freiburg i. B. and Freudenstadt. There are direct train connections from Stuttgart and Karlsruhe to Freudenstadt. There is an adventure playground, a tennis court (also in a hall) in the neighbourhood. There are parking places in front of the house. Shopping facilities, doctors and pharmacy can be found on location.
