If you wish to find a perfect relaxing location, look no further. This beautiful waterfront villa is in prime location (Rotonda/Broadmore) in a quiet road backing onto a water canal close to a golf course - for golfer’s paradise. The accommodation consists of a living room, a family room, a highly appointed kitchen with breakfast area. This whole area overlooks the large extended pool area and water to relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity in one of the most beautiful areas of Southwest Florida. There is an additional area alongside the pool for dining with 6 chair table light and fan. Poolside loungers are also provided for the relaxing sunbathing days. A formal dining area creates an ambience of quiet elegance for those very special dining occasions. A luxurious comfortable King-size bed in the Master bedroom with ensuite walking closet and master bath and walk-in-shower. Comfortable Queen-size beds and twins in the 2 more bedrooms. HighSpeed Internet and telephone.

Rotonda is a small community with plenty of Golf courses, close to a number of golden Gulf beaches. It is approximately 20 minutes drive to Interstate 75. Englewood Beach with its boardwalks and numerous waterfront restaurants is just 15 minutes away. Beautiful Baca Grande with its old town, magnificent scenery, boutiques and restaurants is a must and also only 15 minutes away. Venice, a quaint Spanish town, 20 minutes away has lovely stores, beaches and great restaurants. 10 minutes away you can choose between different marinas with boat rentals to explore the many waterways and the Gulf of Mexico.
