Born and raised on the East coast, my husband and I spent time in the mid-west, the Bay Area, even the Philippines before settling in Kirkland, WA a little over nine years ago. Two children later, we've determined that the Pacific Northwest is truly an amazing place to live and raise a family. Rain and all, we embrace everything that this area has to offer and are happy to call it home!
We purchased this as a second home due to a desire to be near the water and experience the raw beauty of the Northwest. We have enjoyed it so much that we feel the need to share it with others and hope they will love it as much as we do.
The house itself is beautiful and charming, and the views will take your breath away. What really makes this home special are the boathouse and beach area. The boathouse allows you to enjoy the beach and water views no matter what the weather. On warm days you can sit at the bar with a glass of wine or a margarita and enjoy the scenery, and when it's cold you can sip some hot chocolate and turn on the propane heater and still make the most of being by the water.
