Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in herrlicher Lage (nur kurze Wege zu Strand und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten) ist sehr kinderfreundlich sowie toll und umfangreich ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder.

Schöne Wohnung für Familie

Für Familien mit 6 Peronen gut geeignet. Ganz nah am Strand und allen anderen Einrichtungen wie Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Minigolf etc.
Stellplatz fürs Auto ohne Höhenbegrenzung ist besonders bei größeren Autos vorteilhaft.
Vom Balkon aus ist der Blick auf die Dächer von Kühlungsborn und auf die See möglich.
Die Räume sind sehr gut eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was Frau braucht.
Ein wiederholter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung ist bei uns als Familie durchaus denkbar.

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen, mit herrlicher Dachterrasse und seitlichem Blick aufs Meer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Wohneinheit im 1. DG und ist mühelos per Lift erreichbar.

Für den alltäglichen Bedarf sind alle benötigten Gerätschaften vorhanden.

Empfehlung für die Komplettierung der Ausstattung: ein Bügeleisen und ein CD Player würde das Mietobjekt abrunden.

Die Lage von Kühlungsborn ist optimal für Kurztrips nach Heiligendamm, Warnemünde und Rostock gelegen.
