Typical Swedish Villa on beautiful 1600 m² property. The living space is about 145 m² and includes a kitchen with 4 plate stove, coffee machine, water cooker, dishes and utensils for up to 12 people, pots, pans, etc. A spacious living room and a bathroom with WC and shower are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. There is a TV/SAT system with German channels, DVD player for cosy evening hours and even a Playstation II. A stereo system is also in the house. A washing machine and dryer are available. The cosy patio offers a dining space and small balcony. There is a grill and bicycles..

The villa Vänling is located on the edge of a small village named Mörlunda on a peaceful side street and offers an ideal starting point for countless activities due to its location. Mörlunda is located 40 km from the children's paradise of Vimmerby, 40 km from the Baltic Sea and the coast, the Emon River flows past Mörlunda - it is popular among fishers, a lot of attractive attractions and activities are nearby: Castle, landscape museum, Gruva Kleva (here children can hunt for gold), small and larger lakes directly nearby, and also the Hultsfred Festival (20 km - June) is very popular in Switzerland. Those who need rest and relaxation, who want to get closer or who would just like to take it easy are well suited in our Villa Vänlig. In this context, we would like to point out the evaluations from our holiday home residents.
