Villa Theodora is located on the highest extremity of the Cassandra Peninsula, in a perfectly landscape integrated vacation complex. The complex is private, very well kept. Everything is made of natural materials. In the complex, there is a traditional, Greek restaurant, and directly underneath, the biggest wine cellar in Greece. The region is famous thanks to its extremely healthy air and to the earth rich in bronze, which inspires you with positive energy. It has beautiful woods and there are spas in the next town. It is an ideal place for people looking for silence and recreation, and especially for families with children. The villa has its own parking place, garden furniture made of massive wood, barbecue on the veranda, completely equipped kitchen, e bedrooms, one of which is the children bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms and everything you need.

In the close vecinity of the vacation complex, you can find numerous sand beaches, one more beautiful than the other. The surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking. Within 3 km, you can find the famous spas of Agia Paraskeyi. The region is volcanic, with a big bronze content, which provides healthy air and climate. If the sky is clear, your view reaches the Sporades, the Olymp and the Gulf of Toroneos. The restaurant in the vacation complex is very popular among the locals, and there the food is cooked in underground ovens. The wine cellar is in an underground vault, and it is very tidy, offering all sorts of Greek wine at a very convenient price. From time to time in the summer, folk festivals with life music and dance groups take place here. However, the festivals don’t break the silence of the vacation residence. The water quality of the sea is very good, actually the best in Greece.

All the rooms are lovely decorated.

Notes: The villa is completely equipped. You don’t need to bring anything with you. Towels and linen are available and can be change upon request. The garden furniture and the deck chairs are of high quality and of massive wood. A rocking chair is available. From the living room, you have access to the veranda and to the beautiful garden which provides a fantastic view and absolute silence. There are around 10 m to the pool. On the veranda, there is a private barbecue. In front of the house you will find a private parking place. During the last years the villa has always been completely booked and the guests have always been satisfied. We recommend you to book early.

If you have a car, this property lets you relax well above the bustle of nearby tourist resorts. The accommodation is adequate for 6 people, including children - for 7 you need extra bedding and chairs. Eating is outside only, fine on warm evenings.
Note that there is no-one on-site who is responsible for the villa (you just get the keys) and the neighbours own their villas (ie they are not necessarily on holiday). In our case neither of these things was a problem.
Excellent beaches nearby - clean, calm water.
