Beautiful house by the sea with 2 pools, built with striking architecture, in 3 levels, all facing the ocean, located on a paradisiacal private beach in Ponta de Serrambi, only 12 km from Porto de Galinhas. The house has 4 rooms, 3 of which are suites, and one extra bathroom, a beautiful garden with coconut palms, flowers and lawn on a dazzling beach of temperate, calm and transparent water. Privileged location. Complete kitchen, apt for serving 30 people or more, with all appliances. Industrial six-burner stove, Brastemp-brand refrigerator, for your use. Our house caretaker, included in the rent, is a show unto himself: besides being excellent at the barbecue, he?s an ace in preparing fish, lobster, shrimp, squid, crab and all other seafood. Even Brazilian superstar singer Alceu Valenca wanted to take him after renting for a season!! On google earth the location is: 8*33'25.62S e longitude 35*00'35.62W.

Not to be missed, the trip to the marvelous Santo Aleixo island!

Serrambi is a private beach, 12 kg from Porto de Galinhas. It is a small and charming fishing village, has natural reefs protected by law, with a wide variety of exuberant fish and fauna. There are seafood shops, butchers, a DVD-rental shop, a small marketplace, pharmacy, pizzeria, ice-cream shop, cyber-cafe, health outpost, gasoline station, marina, etc? and is equipped for all water sports, including skin-diving, sailing, surfing, kite-surfing, etc?
