They are newly furnished, have central heating (gas), floor with parquet and tiles, separate kitchen with gas stove (with oven), refrigerator, micro wave oven, coffee machine, separate bath and toilet, Safety door, Baby cot and additional bed available.

Excellent residential address, only few minutes from the Vienna City Centre; near the University and the General Hospital, optimal public traffic connections (tram directly in front of the house, only 5 minutes to the underground), good access to the green belt (e.g. 15 minutes to Grinzing). In a short distance lies the Liechtenstein Museum, the Vienna people's opera (Volksoper). the Schubert birthplace and the Votiv-church. In only a few minutes by tram you can reach the city center with the most important sights: Ring street, St. Stephen's cathedral, Burghteater, State opera, The underground takes you in only a few minutes to shopping centers and the danube island, Vienna's famous recreational area with a lot of possibilities for sport, entertainment and much place for relaxing.

Great place to stay in Vienna

We chose the apartment based on the photos and reviews - we were not disappointed. The studio has been recently converted to a high standard and is fitted out with modern furniture. On arrival the apartment was found to be spotlessly clean and well maintained - plenty of bed linen etc. Although it's on a busy street, the double (or triple?) glazed windows do an excellent job of keeping out the noise and keeping in the heat - very cosy! The apartment is pefectly situated for sightseeing - the tram stop is only yards away across the road and the ride to the town centre takes about 10 minutes - very easy to navigate.
Vienna is a beautiful city for a mini-break - just be prepared for lots of walking as there is lots to see! We had a great time and will definitely be going back.
Great city, great place to stay!!

Sehr schöne u. stimmungsvolle Stadtwohnung in Wien

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Rande des Wiener Zentrums. Durch die vor der Tür haltende Straßenbahn ist man hervorragend an das Verkehrsnetz angebunden und benötigt somit kein Auto. Durch die gute Schallisolierung ist es dennoch leise in der Wohnung. Zusätzlich gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe einen schönen Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte für das tägliche Leben. Die Wohnung ist die stilvoll, modern und hell eingerichtet, Küche und Bad sind neu und ebenfalls angenehm hell. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr herzlich gewesen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werden selber gerne wiederkommen.

Die Whg ist wei iner Beschreibung sauber und neu eingerichtet. Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Bitte daran denken, dass sie im 4 Stock liegt
