Welcome to one of the rare ground floor 2 bed/2bath den units, offering extra side windows and even an extra lanai off the master bedroom. Indoor/outdoor living is what we love about our tropical home, with 3 lanais you can always find a quiet piece of paradise here. This roomy end unit enjoys the largest ground level floor plan with a window over the kitchen sink looking out into our banana grove. This, along with the window in the small den bedroom, brings the outdoors in, provides lots of natural light, and allows for cooling cross breezes. The master bedroom offers a California king bed, while the den bedroom provides 2 cozy twins. The sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out to a memory foam queen mattress. We supply beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas for your enjoyment at the beach. When you are relaxing in the unit enjoy convenient wifi at no extra charge and smart TV. As an additional bonus we have included unlimited free calling to the United States and Canada. You will love the 'private garden' feel to the expansive Maui Kamaole grounds. J101 is located in a quiet, private corner near the upper tropical pool, and has several BBQ's near by (two right outside the back door). We offer discounted rates for stays of 28 days or longer (automatically applied). Birthday trip to Maui

We had a group of multiple families staying at different condos on the property. It was so wonderful to have such a great space at our condo for our family to stay and close enough to the pool to meet other members of our group! Linda was an amazing host and this condo was the nicest of all of them! It is a great location in Kihei, walkable to the beach but still quiet and very private.

Awesome place for families

Our family, comprising my wife and our two daughters aged 2 and 4, had a delightful stay. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and the thoughtful inclusion of beach equipment added an extra touch. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short 2-3 minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk away. The two-bedroom setup was perfect for our family, providing ample space and privacy. While the kid's room was on the smaller side, it still worked out great for our little ones. Each room had its own AC unit, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout. The lanai offered a nice, private outdoor space, and the overall living area was spacious. Convenient parking right outside the door and a kid-friendly pool added to the positive aspects of our stay. It's worth noting that, like many places, we encountered some ants, which are inevitable in tropical settings. We simply took precautions not to leave any opened food out. In summary, we found the property to be well-maintained, conveniently located, and tailored to the needs of a family. We highly recommend it for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was a good size, very clean with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Property was in great condition, well stocked with kitchenware etc as well as beach chairs, sun umbrellas, cooler, beach towels and other beach items. AC worked great and kept the property a nice temperature. Parking is right outside the property too. Very close to the pool and less than 10min walk to the beach. Thank you for letting us stay!

Maui madness

Location, good, within walking distance of kamaole beach III. Pool and spa complex very tropical and lovely no ocean view, but downstairs outside sitting area is very nice.

Fabulous stay in Kihei

Great condo. Had everything we needed. Located by a beautiful pool and grills right out side front door. Very clean. Great location to town and beaches. Would stay again!!
