Come stay at Petite Retreat! Our lovely, contemporary-style one-bedroom condo on Scenic Highway 30-A is only 250 yards from the beach and 1.2 miles from popular Seaside.

It's located in the well-maintained Beachwood Villas community in Seagrove Beach, which features two swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, landscaped courtyards and shuffleboard courts.

Condo features queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, widescreen HDTV and free WiFi.

This second-floor unit has a spacious balcony with several chairs, a lounger and folding table.

The bedroom has recently been completely redecorated, giving it a contemporary look with a cozy feel. We've added a 32-inch widescreen TV with DVD player. And each bedside table has an alarm clock.

There are also new chairs and lounger on the balcony, and a new Blu-ray DVD player in the living area.

My husband and I came to Seaside for the week and had a wonderful stay. the area Is beautiful and very relaxing. The condo was in a great location, very clean, and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at "Petite Retreat" 4/27 - 5/3/13 and it was great. The condo is just as described and had everything we needed. Very convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again when visiting 30A.

Clean, quiet retreat in a great location!

I was in need of a retreat and this place delivered! I relaxed as soon as I walked into the condo. It is nicely decorated (recently renovated) with all the high tech amenities that I love. I really appreciated the wi-fi as it enabled me to work remotely so I could extend my stay. Everyone I met in and around the complex was very nice and the complex has a good mix of permanent residences and rentals.

This condo really is in a great location - close to the ocean, communities of 30A and right in between Destin and Panama City. (For future guests be wary of using your GPS to find the condo as my GPS on my phone took me to the opposite end of 30A in Santa Rosa. The directions from the property manager are accurate as the property is about a mile east of Seaside.)

I really appreciate the owner working with me and my last minute arrangements. He was easily accessible and answered all my questions.

I look forward to future stays here at the "Petite Retreat"!

Quiet Cozy Getaway

My fiance and I enjoyed staying at your condo. The location was perfect in regards to beach access, getting to the local shops and restaurants, and driving to Destin / Panama City beach. The 2 pools close to us were also very nice. The condo itself was very spacious and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Honeymoon in paradise!!

This was an awesome getaway after all the stress and worries of planning our wedding. The property was very nice and relaxing. The condo is literally steps away from the beach. It was very convenient to have the gas station right next door, and from personal experience it was not at all "load and noisy" like it was stated in a previous review. This little town is very gorgeous and down to earth. The people are very friendly and nice. We absolutely loved the condo! It was very nicely decorated with furniture and full cable and internet access and was well equipped for everyday living. It was also awesome to be so close to Destin(only 15-20min) where we enjoyed shopping and many other attractions.
This was where we chose to enjoy our honeymoon and it was by all means, a very memorable experience! We considered this our home away from home while we were there. We plan on returning to this property when ever we plan another vacation. Thank you for letting us stay at your home:)
