This holiday house is in total 110 m² on 2 floors. The ground floor cosists of one bedroom, a very well equipped kitchen, a dining room and a balcony.the kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a gas cooker with oven and plenty of crockery and cutlery for 10 persons. In cold season the house can be heated (stove, wood and coal stove, gas thermal heating). On the upper storey there's a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room and a bathroom with WC, bidet, shower and bath. Another small bathroom, typical for the region, is accessed via the terrace.The washing machine is also here. A small beroom with a double sofa bed is accessed through the living room. Each of the bedrooms has a fitted wardrobe. The large bedroom on the ground floor has an extra chest of drawers and storage cupboards.

Ligurien is an ancient landscape. The little mountain villages in Prinotal are like paradise. The terraced countryside is wonderful for hikers and it’s one of the most beautiful regions in Italy. You’ll be enchanted by the exuberant atmosphere of the coast and the beach, but there are other attractions too, like the ancient oil mills, artistically crafted stone bridges and historic mountain villages. Valloria part of the district of Prelá in the Prino valley is in the province of Imperia in Liguria. It’s a small, picturesque village in the mountains near the coast. The village is part of the 'Painted Valleys' (ASSIPAD) between Varese and Imperia. In the centre of the old town 78 doors and entrances have been painted by famous Italian artists. It’s well worth taking a stroll to see them. There are lots of nearby beaches with sand, pebbles or rocks. The local roads are great for cycling, hiking and jogging.

Die Beschreibung war zutreffend und das Haus einfach traumhaft. Das Dorf Valoria ist ein echter Geheimtipp.
Den Ausblick von der Terrasse hätten wir gerne mitgenommen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Gegend eigenet sich ganz toll zum Wandern, aber auch die Märkte und Städte in der Umgebung sind sehr empfehlenswert. Vor allem das Wale-Watching sollte man mitmachen ( Anmeldung in Porto Maurizio ). Von Vorteil ist es wenn man Italienisch kann, da kaum jemand Deutsch spricht. Die Dorfbewohner sind superfreundlich.
Das war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube.
Wichtig wäre noch zu erwähnen, dass Insektenschutzmittel wirklich in die Reiseaphotheke gehören sollten, da die Sandmücken gnadenlos zuschlagen.
Die Beschreibungen die im Haus vorhanden sind, sind sehr hilfreich.
Auch die Küche ist erstklassig ausgestattet.
Also wirklich empfehlenswert.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem Komfort, den man im Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wirklich empfehlenswert.
