Waikoloa Village Vacation Rental
This Hawaiian Style Ohana has a tropical setting and located in Waikoloa Village. It is only 7 miles to the most beautiful beaches on the Big Island and the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
This spacious Ohana is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a private entrance with covered Lanais. The Ohana has all new furnishings including a California King bed. It has fresh paint as well as all new appliances with a full kitchen. There is a BBQ located on the covered lanai and a table for outdoor dining if desired. The Ohana has plenty of windows for fresh air. The living and bedroom areas are carpeted. The kitchen has a bamboo wood floor and the bathroom has ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is also furnished with the necessary pots, pans silverware, dishes and glassware.
Our Ohana is located in the downstairs of our home. There is a private entrance and individual living area.
We have lived here for 10 years and will be glad to assist with any questions about places to go and see and dining.
There is parking in the front of our home under the palm trees. There is a concrete walkway from our driveway to the downstairs Ohana with lighting.
We have lived in Waikoloa Village on the Big Island also known as Hawaii Island for 10 years. I moved here to start a business and to live in paradise. Shortly after moving here I met Jerry and we work together in our business, Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner. Jerry also has a framing business. We feel the Big Island is an amazing place to live and visit. It offers pristine beaches, for snorkeling, surfing, fishing, rainforest and volcanos are just a few of it treasures to be explored.
Charlotte Rinehart purchased this house in 2003
I bought this property while it was under construction and feel it is our dream home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and only minutes from the best beaches on The Big Island. It is only an hours drive to Mauna Kea and 2.5 hours drive to the Volcano National Park.
The home has a lot of windows for cool breezes. It is spacious and quiet.
This was by far the best home away from home that we've ever stayed in. Charlotte has thought of everything that we could possibly need - a full kitchen (even stocked with staples), a BBQ, snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella and cooler and fabulous coffee every morning. The bed was so comfortable and such a lovely lanai for eating breakfast and reading. Oh, and did I mention our own washer? I would definitely recommend this beautiful ohana to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay away from the resort scene.
We can only say "mahalo" to the owners. The place was clean, comfortable and practically every detail imaginable was provided: cookware, complete kitchen with blender, grill on the porch, wifi, cable TV, boogey boards, flippers, snorkel masks and an aloha spirit. It is a good locations 15 to 20 min from the best beaches in the world!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and our host Charlotte. The condo was very tastefully decorated and was immaculately clean. Everything in the condo is first class (TV w/cable, appliances, decorations, etc). Our host made us feel like family. It's an easy 10 minute drive to the water. It is away from the tourist hubbub so this is the location if you want a nice quiet place to stay and have the ability to cook some of your own meals. A grill is also on the porch. We will most certainly stay here again on our next trip to the big island.
What a great litle hale! It is well appointed, very comfortable ( the bed was GREAT!) with plenty of kitchenware. Everything was spotlessly clean. The area is very quiet & sleeping a little late is no problem. The owners Charolette & Jerry are very friendly & most helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Our recent stay of Charlotte’s place proved to be one of the best locations and most comfortable stay ever. We enjoyed the central location—a quick drive to our favorite restaurants and beaches. Waimea is a hop, skip and a jump for Saturday’s Farmers Markets and a great breakfast or evening dinner at Big Island Brewhaus. (Awesome beer! Try the Golden Sabbath) The entire roomy one bedroom suite is so well appointed and immaculately clean it truly is home away from home. No need to bring a wine bottle opener—just the wine. Charlotte has thought of every single detail. She even provides body boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. King size bed and pillows are so comfy and linens are soft and smell fresh. She is also a wealth of information, but if you happen to be a seasoned island visitor she leaves you alone too. Site photos are a true depiction of the rental property and I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to friends and family.
Muchas Gracias for todo,
Jeff & Terrie
We stayed 10 days in this truly immaculate unit. It comes with everything you may (or may not) need, including:
- a fully equipped kitchen (incl. microwave, toaster, coffee maker, gas stove, even an outside barbecue gas grill!)
- a washer (didn't work when we were there but Charlotte took things into her hands and washed our clothes. Also, the washer is replaced now)
- large flat-screen TV with cable (incl. HBO)
- bathroom with lots of items (soap, shampoo - 5-star-hotel-style!)
- fans (ceiling fans, and others)
- two lanais (one with clotheslines)
- beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and other beach equipment
Everything was super clean and tidy! Also, Charlotte is a fantastic communicator, meaning she always responds immediately! (Lots of our interactions were via text messages. She almost always responded within 60 seconds!)
The unit became relatively warm (esp. since we cooked our own meals) but the fans helped tremendously. You can also open doors and windows (all with screens).
We most definitely recommend staying at this accommodation, and hope to come back to it some day!
