Our vacation apartment is located in a lively coastal town in the northern area of the Balearic Island. Besides a living room with a newly luxurious kitchen, it offers 2 bedrooms and a shower/bath. One comfortable bedroom is reached over a ladder (high room), ideal for children over 6 years old. The main bedroom is furnished in a high quality with ceiling ventilators and has space for a cot. The extraordinary ceiling height (3,50 m) guarantees a comfortable room climate. The location directly on the beach Promenade and with its open view over the fantastic ocean makes this property the perfect holiday apartment. Within 4 minutes walk along the Promenade, you will get to the famous “Cala Agulla”. The centre of Cala Ratjada with its shopping facilities, bicycle hire, diving school, bars, discos and restaurants is also reached by foot. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are found in the closest surroundings.

There are several sightseeing facilities and a large choice of activities in Cala Ratjada and its surroundings. In this part of the island you will find beautiful beaches such as Cala Agulla, Son Moll, Cala Mesquida, Cala Gap, etc. all reachable by foot. You will also find a spectacular nature reserve offering guided or self planed hiking trips. 2 minutes walk away; there is the main business street with supermarkets and souvenir stores, bicycle-moped-car hire and a fitness centre (Hotel & Spa S’Entrador Playa). There are several international and typical local restaurants and bars around the corner. You might enjoy a nice diner with paella and sangria! There is also a weekly market. Riding facilities are found within 500 meters.

Hervorragende Lage direkt am Meer, nur getrennt durch die (Fußgänger)-Promenade. Gepflegte neue Anlage, überschaubar und ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Wohnung wie auf dem Bild. Gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet. Kurzer Weg zum Standstrand. Stadtkern gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Alle Einkaufmöglichkeiten relativ nah. Im nächsten Jahr wieder!
