Fleury d'aude is a typical French village. In the middle of vineyards and at the La Clape, a small chain of hills that separates Fleury from the Mediterranean Sea. Our house is not located in a resort but in an area of new housing on the brink of the village. The neighbors live in that area year-round and work in the village. It's ideal for hiking, or going on walks. The two seaside resorts that are part of Fleury are each in a distance of 7 km. The beaches with fine sand stretch out for miles. It's well-worth to visit the winegrowers in Chateaux or their cooperatives and take part in a 'wine tour'. Information about this can be found for free in the house or in the Office de Tourisme. In St. Pierre sur mer there is a daily market during the summer months directly at the sea. You can enjoy the quietness by the pool or linger in St. Pierre during the nights. There are many animations, open air concerts, historical markets etc. during summer.

Notes

  • The prices are calculated for 4 persons, including electricity and water. For each additional person there is a surcharge of 100 Euro per week. The final cleaning has to be done by the guests; you will find cleaning supplies and devices in the house. The usage of the pool at your own risk. The tendency of the pool has to be carried out according to the instructions that you will find in the house. We rent the house under those terms and never had any problems with it. Occurred damages on the furniture or the devices have to be reported and paid for. Each tenant will receive a rental agreement in which the terms are written down.
