Your romantic holiday residence is in our beautiful cottage on a 6000 m² property. We have lovingly restored the house in 2006. There is a bedroom with a canopy bed in Majorcan style for you. TV/SAT, DVD, CD, wireless LAN, sun beds, beach towels, hand towels, dishes etc. are provided. The apartment has a small first-class bathroom with shower in warm colours and with an antique marble floor. There is a small tea kitchen (without cooker) for preparing breakfast with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The wind-protected inner courtyard is available upon request. There is a furnished terrace with a Weber gas grill in front of the house that is very inviting for watching the sunset over the mountains. The cottage, built on a cliff, was first mentioned in 1275 a.d., but is more than likely much older. It is near the geographical centre of the island, between Llubi and Sineu.

Sineu is the geographical centre of Majorca and is thus the perfect starting point for holiday makers who want to explore the entire island. The village has numerous restaurants and pubs with local and international cuisine, cultural places of interest, many places to shop, a cycling track and outdoor pool with tennis court as well as a 24-hour hospital and a night petrol station. One of the largest and most beautiful weekly markets on the island is here every Wednesday. The nearest beach is in the Alcudia bay and is 20 min. away by car, Palma is 30 min. away. You can also just leave the car parked and take the train from Sineu to Palma, Inca, Manacor or Soller. Local sporting activities: Swimming, hiking, cycling, horse riding, mountain biking, as well as gym and tennis court in Sineu.

Wir haben uns in "Panama" sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte absolut nichts. Die Lage der Finca ist sehr ruhig und man findet eine Stille, die man auf Mallorca kaum vermuten mag.

Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht - was auch gelang!! Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Wir haben jede Minute in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung genossen und freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.
In dieser Finca findet man alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt; Ruhe, Erholung und Ambiente.
Wir haben in der einen Woche sowohl die tollen Restaurants in der Umgebung als auch den Grill für unser Abendessen genutzt.


Abends ein Glas Wein und die Ruhe vor der Finca genießen. Urlaub pur.

Es stimmte einfach alles......................

ein wunderbarer Urlaub und ein schönes Domizil

Nach den ersten 2 Nächten im Hotel waren wir schon sehr auf die Finca gespannt. Und, unsere Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen. Jedesmal als wir von unseren Ausflügen zurück kamen, war es wie ein zu Hause ankommen.

Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgeschieden, so dass wir den Morgen und den Abend in Stille genießen konnten. Durch die Lage in der Mitte der Insel ist es ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und du bist wirklich überall in kürzester Zeit.

Alles ist so wie beschrieben, die Vermieter sehr freundlich, so dass wir die Zeit dort sehr genießen konnten. Hund und Katzen trugen dazu bei, dass wir uns gleich heimisch fühlten!

Also insgesamt alles Top und empfehlenswert und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein herzliches Dankeschön noch einmal an die liebevollen Vermieter!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen, romantischen Urlaub im August/September 2007 auf der Finca Panama verbracht. Petra & Andreas waren sehr nett und haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben, was in der Umgebung so los ist.
Die Einrichtung ist definitiv genauso so wie auf den Bildern - eher besser ! Und für Hundefreunde isses natürlich ne prima Sache mit dem grinsenden (Leih-)Dalmatiner "Perdie" :-)
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Die gemachten Angaben zu der Finca und die Fotos stimmen 100 %ig mit dem Objekt überein. Es wurde also absolut nichts zuviel versprochen. Eine wunderschöne Finca, sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Top Ausstattung der Wohnung, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Vermieter vor Ort waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das zusätzliche Angebot über Candle light dinner und Malkurse etc. sind sicherlich sehr attraktiv. Eine Woche war viel zu kurz und wir freuen uns auf einen hoffentlich nochmaligen Besuch.
