The free standing Villa is located on a very well maintained 25.000 sq ft property with palm and fruit trees. It has a heated pool and its own boat dock. Over 2.200 sq ft of air-conditioned floor space, as well as a 1650 sq ft screened terrace with pool area for luxurious living with all the amenities. The Villa offers 3 excellent bedrooms with accessible wardrobes, 2 baths with shower/bathtub/WC and double-washbowls, a living room with connected dining area, a modern kitchen, garden furniture, beach chairs and a double garage. The house is very exclusively furnished. Handmade carpets, showcases with crystal glasses and Chinese porcelain figures belong to the furnishings as well as 2 televisions and a stereo with CD changer and DVD/MP3 player.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices are for 2 people (plus tax). Children up to 6 years are free. Each additional adult costs additional 50 Euro per week. Children between 7 - 12 are 30 Euro per week. Final Cleaning is 130 USD (up to 3 people), 150 USD (4 - 6 people). Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Included in the price are pool service, gardener, air conditioning, water, linen, towels, gasgrill (if required gas bottle has to be changed by tenant), local telephone calls, as well as electric up to 20 USD per week. Any additional electric usage will be charged with 0.12 USD each kWh at the house with our property management. The security deposit to the amount of EUR 300.- for the house can be made in cash, check or credit card imprint to the property management. This deposit will be payed back, after the house is returned in proper form, less costs for electricity and telephone. For discounts on longterm rentals please inquire.
  • The Villa comes with a Motorboat (20' Hurricane Fun Deck GS 201, 115 HP). If available the boat will be rented together with the Villa at a special price of 450 EUR (plus 6% tax). Boat instructions is 130 USD. Additional security deposit for the boat is 400 EUR. For a comparable motorboat the rental price is min. 850-950 USD per week at the marina. Boat rental is possible without boat license. (Minimum age 21, car license required). Our canal has direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. There are no boat locks.

Notes: In the external area the Villa has a large terrace with speakers, ceiling fans and an approx. 33 x 12 ft large pool. A screen protects the south side situated pool against insects. An external shower with warm and cold water is also available as is a gas grill. The pool is equipped with a solar heater plus additional electric heat pump, which heats the water up to a comfortable temperature, even in the winter. Or you can admire the wonderful sunsets from the large boat dock in the evening hours with a cool drink.
