These charming rooms on top of a new luxurious villa enjoy an exceptional position on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Ocean in Senegal. Exceptional view over the Atlantic ocean, and gorgeous sunsets. Baobab trees, the near laguna with thousand of birds nesting there. Patio with exotic trees and flowers. The holiday village of La Somone makes an ideal base to explore the area, the animal parks and the most interesting surroundings (lac rose, village Mbour, island Gorée, Dakar, Joal-Fadiou etc.): restaurants, internet cafés, night clubs, supermarkets, pharmacies at walking distance. The price includes also numerous services such as 24/24 guard, the governess is at your service. 3 large bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe,, writing table, 3 bathrooms en suite, a living room with comfortable armchairs, TV and a small library. Big kitchen with gas stove, fridge, crockery, cutlery and big dining table. The service of a cook can be hired on request.

For lazy beach holidays or for a solitary tour around remote villages: you will be well served here. The petite côte is were the safe swimming beaches attract large number of tourists, but in La Somone you still have white strands that swing in local rhythm, it is a pretty hide-out close to Dakar. It is great for swimming, walking, and horse riding (guided tours on horseback along the beach and in the surroundings of the village). The roof terrace of the apartment is the perfect place to watch the sun set or see groups of pelicans or flamingos land on the water. Nearby: restaurants, night clubs, pharmacy in the centre of Somone. A wildlife reserve in Bandia (15 km) includes species indigenous to Senegal (rhinos, giraffes, buffalos) and other animals more at home in East Africa. The most stunning lagoon Somone right near the village with an extraordinary landscape and rich bird life can be visited by boat or horse carriage. We help you with transport for your excursions when needed.
