Our house is quietly situated in a sunny place and offers a lot of space for restful days. The apartment is furnished in a modern and elegant style. Spacious kitchen, 1 very beautiful, large bathroom, 1 lovely small full-value bathroom (Apartment A), 1 separate WC (Apartment B) 2 bedrooms, living room with big TV, SAT TV and free internet access (W LAN). In our grounds, you have place to start your day with a breakfast in the garden, or to finish off the evening with a friendly barbecue. The free silver lake beach is at a distance of only 2 minutes walking from the house and offers ample recreational activities (beach volleyball, tennis, diving, ice skating in winter etc.). The silver lake is a paradise in the winter for ice skaters and children to play in the snow. The Gerlitzen Alpe ski-resort is at a distance of 12 minutes by car. 8 additional ski-resorts can be reached within a max. of 40 minutes. Among them, the Nassfeld ski-resort, which is the largest skiing region of Carinthia.

Wir haben herrliche 2 Wochen in der schönen Fewo am Silbersee verbracht.Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Die kostenlose W-Lan Nutzung war das I-Tüpfelchen.Auch bei der Küchenausstattung fehlt es an Nichts.Schön dass man Bad und Gäste-WC hat.Bei 2 Teenagern ein Segen.ie Wohnung kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen.
Dank des guten Tips mit der Kärnten-Card haben wir viel in den 2 Wochen erlebt.
Vielen Dank nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft.

Schöne Ferienwohung - hell und freundlich

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr in diesem schönen Urlaubsdomizil verbringen dürfen. Wir haben uns gut erholt und uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hell und freundlich und auch gut aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Vor allem das große Bad war super.
Alles war intakt und hat gut funktoniert.
Die beiden Kinder und auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sehr zu empfehlen !!

Einfach nur schön

Wir haben Anfang Juli zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es wird wohl nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, denn hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles ist neu und gepflegt. Tolles, großes Badezimmer. Der nahe gelegene Silbersee ist wunderschön und zum Baden für Kinder und Erwachsene ein Erlebnis. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Tante Emma-Laden, dort kann man morgens Brötchen holen. Einkaufen sonst besser mit dem Auto. Man ist schon in 5 Minuten beim nächsten großen Lebensmittelgeschäft. Überhaupt ist man von St.Ulrich schnell überall. Ein Restauranttip mit Kindern ist das Fruhmann´s. Dort gibt es leckere Schnitzel und einen netten Spielplatz. Unsere Kinder wollten nur dorthin! Wegen der Adresse einfach mal die Vermieter fragen, die auch sonst sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind.

Bisher unsere beste Ferienwohnung...

diese Wohnung war bisher unsere schönste und größte Ferienwohnung und die Lage mitten in Kärnten top!!!
Seit Jahren machen wir spontan und oft kurzfristig 3 - 5 Tage Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen in Mitteleuropa.
Unsere Tochter ist mittlerweile 15 Jahre und möchte meist gerne ein eigenes Zimmer. Diese Wohnung hatte sogar noch ein zweites WC - wenn das Bad mal wieder von der Tochter belegt war ;-) Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und schön und selbst der Fernseher riesig. (die Programmauswahl viel zu viel :-)
Wenn wir wieder in Kärnten oder in der Umgebung sind werden wir um Unterkunft anfragen.

perfekter Familienurlaub

Alles wie beschrieben, neu renoviert und schön eingerichtet.
Ideal mit Kindern. haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Skigebiet ist problemlos in 9 min erreichbar und es sind nur ca 300 m zum Silbersee. Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sehr zentral.
Haben einen Tagesausflug nach Venedig gemacht ( einfache Autofahrt 2 Std.).
Wir sind sehr begeistert, macht auch Lust auf Sommerurlaub.
