This is a romantic accommodation with view upon the sea. Only 150 m from the fine sand beach, you will find our 4 star Residence Valentina. Each apartment was recently built and equipped, and has a separate entrance. The apartments are light, friendly and lovely decorated with Mediterranean flair. There are car parking places on the enclosed estate, directly by the residence. In our region, you will find olive, lemon, and fig trees. This is a quiet and relaxing estate. The Areal has a central location. The residence is very inviting thanks to its special location. It is quiet, yet central, in the heart of Balestrate.

The large balcony-terrace has numerous chairs and deck chairs. It stays at your disposal and invites you to barbecue evenings with mild temperatures. Your children can move freely in the 100 m² large, fenced garden. Small pets are allowed, upon request. Our house is a 4 star accommodation.

Balestrate is a lively coastal, agricultural village. It is approx. 35 km west from Palermo, directly at the sea (Castellamare del Golfo). The most important places in the western part of the island are: Palermo, Monte Erice, Isole Egadi, Sciaccam Mazzara del Vallo, Marsala, etc. and they can be easily reached by car or by train. You can make trips to the temples: Segesta (approx. 20 km), Selinunte (approx. 50 km), Agrigento.
