This apartment (72 m²) is located 275 m above sea level in Arco da Calheta, with splendid view of the sea and lots of sun. The newly furnished apartment has 1 bedroom. There’s also a spacious living and dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. Each room also has a TV and an internet connection. The site includes large south-facing terraces allowing all-day sunbathing and everything you need for a comfortable holiday. And there’s a sauna to relax in.

Nearest Motorway: Ribera Brava at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Kilometres
Car: recommended
3 – 5 minutes by car gets you to the most beautiful bathing beaches on the island or to wonderful scenery. If you wish you can go gliding right here. Arco is a good starting point for Levada hikes. Shops are just a few minutes away on foot. In 1 hour you can reach anywhere on the island, so you can make lots of day trips starting here.

Urlaub mit traumhaftem Mehrblick

Wir haben im Februar 9 Tage in der Casa Beleza verbracht.
Dank einer hervorragenden Anfahrtsbeschreibung durch Toni, hatten wir keine Probleme, das durch teilweise sehr kleine Gässchen anzufahrende Haus zu finden.
Nach einem herzlichen Empfang wurde uns die Ferienwohnung gezeigt.
Der Ausblick von Wohzimmer/Küche und der vorgelagerten Terrasse ist einfach fantastisch.
Romantik pur bei abendlichen Sonnenuntergängen.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
Christine und Toni standen uns bei Fragen immer gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und bedanken uns für einen schönen Urlaub.

Traumhaftes Domizil mit tollem Meerblick

Eine gepflegte, geräumige, helle Wohnung mit super Küche (das Einzige was fehlt ist ein Backofen). Eine sehr schöne Gartenanlage, liebevoll gestaltet mit exotischem Flair. Große Terasse, ein traumhafter Pool und ein unvergesslicher Blick aufs Meer!
Calheta ist ein sehr guter Standort für Ausflüge und Wanderungen, schön gelegen, ideal zum Schwimmen und für Walewatching-Ausflüge.
Anton ist absolut zuvorkommend, kennt sich sehr gut auf Madeira aus, hat tolle Insider-Tipps, ist jederzeit ansprechbar, und dennoch zurückhaltend und diskret.
Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden und wünschen Anton alles Gute für die Zukunft!

Die Aussicht, der großzügige Wohnraum mit der Terrasse über die ganze Front, die netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, das überzeugt einfach. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und die 2 Wochen im Juni in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

wir hatten sehr schöne 9 tage bei christine, toni und lycos. sehr schöne fewo. selten so ein sauberes objekt gesehen.
wenn dann der pool noch fertig ist handelt es sich um ein richtig kleines schmuckstück.
