**************Apartment Description*********

The layout and Space of this apartment is unique in that there is a separated Kitchen and Living room which gives you two areas to hang out in. The Bedrooms are also on opposite sides of the living room. It has a main bedroom Ensuite Bath & a second washroom with walk in shower in the main apartment.

The Whole place was renovated in November after a flood with new flooring and paint. We also added 2' wooden slat blinds on all the windows which, alone, cost of over $5k.. Everything in the apartment is top quality and is set up and designed to target corporate rentals. A movie Studio had it for the last year and Coca Cola took it for a year during the run up to the Olympics.

The Building is only 9 years old so It has excellent sound proofing and amenities.

The Apartment has a full Gym, which is quite large, well stocked with modern equipment and has a small yoga space, a Sauna and a Steam Room. There is a secure gated parking space with the Apartment which is located on the first level of the Underground, so easy Access.

I'm an Irish lad in my late 30's living in Vancouver for 7 years now and working as an Account Manager for a big Tech firm. I came for the weather after originally moving to Toronto but stayed for the lifestyle, especially the Skiing in Whistler!

Even though the building is only 9 years old I upgraded pretty much everything with Maple Floors, 2' Wooden Slat blinds, high quality Artwork and all bedding replaced with new each quarter.

Convenient and comfortable!

We had a fantastic 2 nights stay! The condo felt new, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and between 4 women it was great to have 2 bathrooms! Also nice to have a full kitchen and Coffee supplies as well as a hair dryer in the bathroom (which we forgot). Great, central location. We had a wonderful time, thank you!! We'll be back!

HAD A GREAT TIME IN THIS MODERN CONDO!

Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer along
with a brand-new big screen tv in a full entertainment
system. Within walking distance to many great places
to eat & shop. Stayed a month and could have stayed
longer. We loved it & will definitely rent it again.
Best condo we've ever rented in Vancouver after
having rented many places. Owner is a very nice young
man who is always available.

BEST LOCATION IN VANCOUVER!

Besides having all the modern amenities, this lovely
2+bedroom 2 bathroom condo is situated in a new
building in a great part of town. Close to tons of
restaurants, markets & shops, it is near all forms of
public transportation making it ideal.
First condo we've ever rented in Vancouver (& we have
rented many) that boasts U.S. Netflix & a DVR.
The condo is immaculate, comfortable & you feel right
at home the minute you start living here (& we spent a
full month there!) You will really enjoy staying here.
We plan on renting it again next year.

The property is in a very good condition, professional introduction was done by the property manager himself. The location is ideal for a Vancouver visit, short walks to downtown, English Bay, Granville Island and not far to Stanley Park. Would choose it again for may next stay.

Great downtown location

5 of us stayed Saturday night and were very pleased. The condo is in a great location making Vancouver, BC easy to explore by foot. The 2 bathrooms were awesome to help with getting 5 people cleaned and ready to go. It works great for 5 people to stay. The furnishings were very nice and the beds super comfy! We'll be back for sure.

The Apartment is really very well situated in that you can easily walk to the Yaletown bars, Robson Street Shopping or the main beach within 5 minutes. Staying in any of those areas means a lengthy walk to the others so a central location is just so convenient.

The Davy village shops, restaurants and food-markets are less than a 2 minute walk while the main city cinema, the Scotiabank theatre, is about 3 blocks away. While the Davy street bars are close they are far enough that you will have more peace at night than the Yaletown or Granville street locations, which are packed until the early hours. You can be home from those bars in less than 5 or 10 minutes when you do call it a night!

Soundproofing in the apartment is also excellent so there is very little street noise.
