Beautiful, historic apartment that has contemporary, clean interior with the charm of the original exterior. This apartment has everything you need for the perfect vacation. It is quiet and private and only 10 minutes walk from town & attractions. 5 minutes from grocery store & there is a pizza store next door. The owner was super helpful & very easy to deal with. We had a fantastic week here and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property on an ideal location

We were very pleased with this property. The location was a short walk to all of the historic district sights & shops and a short drive to Vilano Beach. The property itself was in excellent condition, having been newly renovated. We especially liked the porch with the excellent people-watching vantage point. Several excellent restaurants nearby as well. We will definitely return!

Comfortable Accommodation in Historic District

We enjoyed great service and hospitality from the moment of booking our stay thorough the day of departure. Marty even called as we were checking out to ask if we needed anything. Heather & Cindy cheerfully helped out with questions about anything. This home is a delightful updated 2nd floor apartment/suite in great downtown location.Walk to shops, restaurants, waterfront, and beautiful Nombre de Dios park just across the street. The apartment has plenty of natural light and the fenced courtyard is a nice private outdoor sitting area. It was great to let our dog off the leash for a bit, Drive across the bridge to Vilano Beach to see spectacular sunrise and sunset colors, and enjoy the "retro" carribean/miami style commercial area. The people in town are refreshing too, low-key and polite.

Updated, like new apartment in a great location. Very short walk to the town trollies - you won't need your car for much. The apartment is in excellent shape and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. The loft bedroom was a hit with the kids as was the delicious cup cake shop below.

Used by family during wedding week for one of our daughters. It was exactly as shown and the owner was very easy to work with. Key pick up is a bit of a drive and the parking space is really suited for a smaller car. BUT once there, you can park and simply walk anywhere. The inside is adorable with good quality fixtures. Perfect for two couples!

stunning!!

This house is stunning!! We came to relax and got exactly that. We will definitely be back! This is our new favorite place to stay in st. Augustine. We have told our family about this place and highly reccomend it to anyone from honeymoons to family getaways. Also, Luli's cupcakes downstairs is amazing! Yum!! My 6 year old son couldn't get enough of the pb & c cupcakes. We hope to be back in May! Thanks for having us!
