Fully refurbished apartment (self-catering) only 10 minute walk from Valencia's Beach; good transport means, tram direct from the airport some 200 meters from the door. Our first floor attic is part of a distinguished old fisher house of the zone, fully refurbished to enjoy comfortable vacations or business trips. Jacuzzi bathtub, air-condition and beautiful decoration makes you feel at home. International SATELLITE TV and broadband INTERNET access are available, as well as all amenities to cook your own meal or fully description of the zone to enjoy a good meal in the near. Do not hesitate to contact us, so that we will provide you with all kind of tourist and particular advices.

Vielen Vielen Dank für dies wunderschönen Tage in Valencia.
Bereits die Kontaktaufnahme war eine sehr überraschende. Ich hätte weder mit so einem Preis, noch mit so einem Entgegenkommen, einer solchen Freundlichkeit und einem derart guten Service gerechnet.
Übertroffen wurde das alles dann nur noch von der Wohnung selbst!!!
Sehr sehr schön eingerichtet und äußerst sauber mit einer super Grundausstattung, es war für alles gesorgt.
Die Lage war einfach super, nicht weit bis in die Stadt und zum Strand.
Wichtige Lebensmittelgeschäfte um die Ecke, super Restaurants keine 5 Minuten weiter und zu den schönen Clubs in Valencia war es auch nicht weit.

Als Fazit bleibt mir nur zusagen:
Es war wohlfühlen wie zu Hause nur mit sehr viel besserem Wetter.
Und darüber hinaus ein unschlagbares Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Wohlfühlferien

In dieser wohnung fühlt man sich sofort wie zu hause!
wunderschön eingerichtet mit allen nötigen extras wie spülmaschine, mikrowelle und klimaanlage.
sowohl strand als auch supermarkt sind direkt um die ecke, ebenso eine u-bahn station und eine bushaltestelle sind nicht weit entfernt von dem heimeligen apartment.
von dort kann man problemlos ins historische stadtzentrum, zum flughafen oder ins einkaufszentrum fahren, sowie in die technikstadt der künste und wissenschaften (ciudad de las artes y las ciencias).
neben zahlreichen restaurants und bars an der promenade gibt es auch einige kleine (und weitaus günstigere) restaurants in näherer umbgebung, z.B. auf dem weg zum strand.
für junge leute ab 18 ist auf jeden fall die schicke und aufwändige discothek "las animas" im hafen zu empfehlen.
die vermieterin maria ist sehr unkompliziert und herzlich und hat für alle fragen ein offenes ohr.
vielen dank für diesen schönen urlaub!

Neben der perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung mit sehr wichtigen Extras wie Geschirrspüler oder Internet war Maria für alle Sonderwünsche wie Kuchenbackform, extra Leintücher, etc prompt zur Stelle und entpuppte sich als Engel, der sogar an unsere Verpflegung dachte,als wir unseren Abflug versäumten und für eine weitere (gratis)Nacht zurückkehren mussten. Wo findet man noch solche Hilfsbereitschaft und persönliche Betreuung ?-Höchstnote!!

Sehr sauberes und ansprechend möbliertes Objekt in einem "urigen" (d.h. sehr ursprünglichen) Viertel mit idealer Lage für kombinierten Strand- und Stadturlaub. Vielfältige Möglichkeiten für aktive Gäste mit Eigeninitiative, alles zu Fuß oder per öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Problemlose, entgegenkommende und finanziell äußerst korrekte Abwicklung durch die Vermieterin.
