The outer common area has a front yard and seating if you choose to just relax and absorb Aspen mountain's stunning beauty.
The main floor has a large family room with room to relax. Share great stories of the day as you lounge by the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is adjacent to this area and is fully equipped with a six-burner, Bertazoni range, dishwasher, instant hot water tap, and dining area for meals. All utensils and dining ware are available for your convenience.
The upper level of the home has two spacious bedrooms, each with it's private bath. The master suite is equipped with a King bed and a steam shower. It also has it's own balcony which overlooks the front lawn. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a full bathroom with jetted-tub and is just as spacious. Both have heated bath floors and luxury bedding. There is also a larger, secondary balcony which views Red Mountain and the pool and hot tub area.
The lower level has one bedroom with two extra-long twin beds as well as a bathroom with heated floor and shower, and a second living room/library/office. Additionally, there is a side door that allows direct access the pool and hot tub only steps away. The full-size washer and dryer are here as well. This lower level allows for exceptional privacy and makes this town home stand apart from the rest.
In the patio area, there is a heated pool and hot tub. This is perfect for relaxing and enjoying après ski time with new friends. A new addition is a Weber gas-grill. There is also a private ski lockersfor storing all gear.

I'm an avid skier, mountain biker, and trail runner. Aspen is where I come to enjoy the outdoors without crowds.
When I'm not enjoying Aspen's outdoor wonders, I take advantage of it's spectacular dining and arts. There is an amazing diversity of events, music, and family entertainment.
As an added convenience, I am located in town at my other home. I take pride in my home and am available to answer any questions or resolve any needs you might have.

My home is part of a small group of town homes with a unique Swiss chalet feel. It was purchased in 2006 and custom remodeled by 2009. An enormous amount of energy and thought went into every detail of the work.
Aspen is fortunate to have amazing hotels and lodging to choose from. My home is unique in that it combines old world charm, with modern luxury. It is one of the newest remodels in the Aspen core.
All of the bedrooms are furnished with luxurious bedding and are spacious. Unlike many other units, ours has enough space to make an extended stay comfortable and relaxing.
The custom kitchen is equipped with anything you might need to create a meal for your group. Many local chefs are also available to come in and prepare a meal of your choosing.
Whether you've had a great day on the mountain or simply want to take in the town, our home is the perfect retreat to return to.

We love Aspen and travel there twice a winter to ski. We have stayed in the Alpenblick condos before but his was our first time staying in this unit. First of all the location of the development is excellent. We have young children in our family and it is easy for them to walk to dinner. The unit itself Has been updated and is very nice and clean. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very thorough with information about her property. The kitchen appliances are beautiful and new. Of all the units in Alpenblick this unit has a nice location next to the pool. Many of the lower floors in this development feel subterranean but this unit does not have that feeling. We will definitely be coming back!
Rented this condo with a group that gets together every year at a different destination resort. This one will go down as a highlight trip because of the great location and the landlord's recommendations for eating at local restaurants all within walking distance. You can't possibly be in a better location being within one block Silver Queen Gondola and the bus terminal. We didn't have or need a car.
The condo itself was clearly recently upgraded with new appliances and very comfortable furnishings.
I would definitely come back to this unit if it was available.
Rented this condo with a group of friends for a ski holiday and were very happy. Nicely updated and well-equipped with comfy beds and good attention to thoughtful details throughout (e.g. Aveda products in every bathroom). Location is fantastic, just a couple blocks from the gondola and easily walkable to everywhere in Aspen. Bus station is 1 block away, so no need for a rental car even if you want to ski other mountains. Landlord was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. Our only issue was the finnicky dishwasher, so just make sure that that has been replaced before you rent. Otherwise fantastic.

This condo is the perfect home away from home. Decorated beautifully and full of amenities. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious enough to accommodate 6 people easily . And the location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and the gondola.
Aspen/Snowmass is home to world-class skiing and outdoor activities. From back-country mountaineering to day hikes with the family, there are activities for all ages. Our home is located in the core and within walking distance to all activities.
Only 1 BLOCK to the Grand Tasting Tent at Wagner Park! Only STEPS to St Regis, and 1.5 BLOCKS to Aspen Mountain. The BEST location for enjoying Food & Wine in Aspen! It doesn't get any better (or closer) than this...
