Alder House is a charming and cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a partial water view and lovely gardens. Walking distance to the hospital and downtown Campbell River with its shops, restaurants, Farmer’s Market and Fishing Pier and on a major bus route makes this home ideal for our vacation and extended stay guests who want a comfortable home away from home.
All The Comforts of Home!
Alder House combines the very best of urban living with all the comforts of home. Sit by the cozy gas fireplace in the living room, barbecue on the outdoor deck or relax in the outdoor patio in the garden. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a washroom with a large Jacuzzi Tub and separate shower, a queen size bed in the upstairs guest room and another guest room on the main floor with a double bed along with a second full washroom with a tub and shower. There is also a full size washer and dryer. For your entertainment there is a Flat Screen TV and BlueRay player in the living room, a CD player with an IPod Docking Station, AM/FM radio and a bookcase stocked with books, games and movies.
Alder House Layout
This home has a living room, full dining room, large kitchen with a gas range, guest room, full bathroom and laundry room on the main floor. The master Bedroom and the second Guest Room are located upstairs.
Although Alder House also has a studio suite in the basement it is completely separate from the home with its own private entrance and parking. Every effort has been made to ensure guests enjoy privacy. Guests of Alder House have separate entrances at the front and back of the house as well as their own deck and garden area.
Easy Ocean Access
A paved road to the beach is located a few blocks away and the paved sea walk is just 2 blocks away from the house…perfect for walking, cycling and rollerblading.
Alder House is owned by the same owner as Cliff House North and Cliff House South. Larger groups can rent all three properties. Perfect for family reunions, golf or fishing groups, etc.

Lynda was raised in Campbell River and has always loved this area because of its beauty and casual lifestyle.
After living in the Caribbean for many years, Lynda is happy to be back home and although she continues to travel, the more places she visits the more she realizes what a magical place Campbell River is.
