Sehr zufriedener Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Maisonettewohnung, Stadtmitte-Wien problemlos mit der S-Bahn stressfrei erreichbar, gebührengünstiges Parkhaus direkt bei der Station. Garteneingang im EG mit Vorplatz und Garderobe, im Ober-Dachgeschoss grosszügiger Wohn-Essraum mit Küchenzeile, Grosse Terrasse und Gartenzugang, Kleiner sehr gemütlicher Schlafraum. Gut augestattetes Bad, Küche und Bad mit allen erforderlichen Geräten. Wohnung auch in kalter Jahreszeit gut zu beheizen. Vermieter angenehm zurückhaltend, bei Bedarf zuvorkommende Unterstützung. Also: Sehr empfehlenswert und gut geeignet für Stadtbesuche und Natururlaub! Nächster Wienaufenthalt selbstverständlich wieder hier.
