You are staying in a several hundred year old Tuscan-style farmhouse which has kept its authentic charm. This is not a usual holiday home, but our own house and the destination of our holidays. The 20 mile panoramic view of the Chianti Classico region is absolutely unique and quite unforgettable. There are great views from each of the different apartments and terraces. The spacious and well-kept property offers several quiet areas in which to lie down and relax. The main house is built around a courtyard which is decorated with roses and an old, stone oven. Apart from the smallest unit (the ‘Annesso’) all our flats are spacious (970, 1075 and 2150 sq. ft.), and, every unit has its own terrace.

On the right hand side of the courtyard (which is surrounded by the ‘Casa Principale’) there is a small, separate building right next to the swimming pool. This simple, but cosy, studio is suited for two people and encompasses 270 sq. ft. It has a mini-kitchen, a shower room, central heating and access to a shady seating area. Telephone and Internet access are available upon request. The ‘Annesso’ is available all year round and offers an amazing view onto the vineyards. The enjoyment of watching the sunset from the west-facing window is unforgettable. We would be happy to send you more pictures.

Lage: traumhaft mitten in Weinbergen, viel Ruhe, sehr idyllisch
Pool: stylish, sauber, sehr gepflegt
Zustand der Wohnung: top ausgestattet, sauber, klein aber sehr gemütlich
Umgebung: viel Kultur, viel schöne Landschaft

Wir werden auf jeden Fall versuchen wiederzukommen!

Wir haben das Annesso für unsere Flitterwochen genutzt und es war für uns einfach optimal.
Die Lage ist wunderschön idyllisch inmitten von Weinbergen und trotzdem sehr nah an sehenswerten Orten, wie Sienna, gelegen.
Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut betreut, sodass wir den Urlaub einfach nur genießen konnten.
Ja und der Blick vom Pool in die toskanische Landschaft hat die 13-stündige Fahrt mehr als entschädigt.
Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder!

Hallo,
Ich und meine Frau haben eine herrliche Woche im Jahre 2008 auf diesem Anwesen und in der Wohnung Annesso verbracht.
Die Wohnung ist klein, einfach eingerichtet, aber vorallem ist sie gemütlich! Wirklich traumhaft ist jedoch das Anwesen, herrlich in der Landschaft gelegen, ein toller Pool und die Nähe zu Siena ist einfach nur fantastisch!

Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten mal dort!
