Dieses tolle Haus hatten wir im Sept./Oktober 2009 gemietet. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entsprach voll und ganz dem Angebot und wir
waren sehr angenehm auch über die Sauberkeit und den Pflegezustand
des Objektes überrascht. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und besonders die Einweisung und die Tips von Herrn Schwarz waren ausgezeichnet. Wenn man sich nur ein wenig an die Empfehlungen
hält wird es garantiert ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir werden auf jeden Fall
Herrn Rotthaus und Crew weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch
einmal zurück. Alles in allem war es vom Anfang der Kontaktaufnahme bis
zum Ende des Urlaubs" die ganz hohe Schule " was Service, Beratung und Hilfe betrifft. Viele Grüße aus Norddeutschland

Das Haus in Ascot/Rose Garden liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Unsere Erwartungen an Ausstattung und Service wurden voll erfüllt und wir können sowohl das Haus wie auch die Betreuung Lars und Heimo weiterempfehlen.
Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Cape Coral.

Sehr gepflegtes geräumiges Haus mit großzügigem Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ausgezeichnete Betreuung im Vorfeld und vor Ort. Sogar Ankunft an Thanksgiving wurde ermöglicht, obwohl das Haus bis morgens noch besetzt war. Wir können das Objekt sehr empfehlen!

Absolut ruhige Lage, gut erreichbar,je nach Verkehr vom Flughafen Ft.Myers aus ca. 30 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkieten und Restaurants schnell erreichbar, saubere Anlage, nichts kaputt, alles sehr gepflegt.Deutschsprachige Betreuubng vor Ort sehr gut.
