Paris is always worth a journey and has something to offer its visitor in all seasons. The apartment was lavishly renovated in 2006 and lies in the 4th floor in a typical Parisian historic building (1830) with elevator, at a distance of only 5 minutes from Trocadéro, the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. It is very peaceful, situated facing an inner courtyard and has electric shutters at each window, a rareness in Paris. It can easily be reached by car, bus and metro and lies in one of the most beautiful and pleasant arrondissement of Paris, the 16. Many small boutiques invite you to shop and little bistros invite you to linger. The 'Belles Feuilles' (beautiful leaves) street has a somewhat rural character. There is a daily market, several bakeries, a super market and many more shops right outside the door where you can find typically French specialties, which entice you to say: Live like God in France.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Paris. You have the Eifel Tower right before you as you step out of the house. 5 minutes by foot and you are at the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe and the Bois de Boulogne, the green lungs of Paris. You can deal with your daily shopping at a typical weekly market and lots of small Boutiques invite you to shop. The 16th arrondissement has a rural atmosphere. Many little bistros, delicatessen shops and wine stores provide sustenance. Live like God in France' is not only a slogan here but rather a reality. We spent a lovely 8 days in this apartment. It has a perfect location with lots of tiny shops within walking distance. The owners are just magnificent, they did everything they can to ensure you have a great visit. We highly recommend this property too anyone looking for the perfect paris holiday.

Die Angaben im Inserat sind wirklich korrekt. Die Wohnung zeigt sich gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnungsübergabe und die Rücknahme erfolgen pünktlichst und wir können diese Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen. Vorallem Gäste, die mit dem eigenen Auto anreisen, werden sich über die gesicherte, versperrrbare Garage freuen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet,
Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants vor der Haustüre und zur Metrostation Trocadero sind es auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
