From the generous living/dining room with stone fireplace and two wonderful terraces you have a marvellous view of the sea and the mountains. The ground surface is 107 m². An open kitchen with granite surfaces, two airy bedrooms with white built-in wardrobes and two marble bathrooms for complete comfort. A wonderful pool and many terraces, also an indoor pool with fitness area and sauna are ready for you to use.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung genau wie beschrieben. Haben uns nach unseren Ausflügen immer wieder gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!
Reservierung, Buchung, Formalitäten und Übergabe trotz Kurzfristigkeit problemlos.
Sehr gute, neue und schöne gehobene Ausstattung der Wohnung. Alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, sogar Gewürze. Wohnanlage ruhig, sauber und gepflegt. Direkt am Strand gelegen, jedoch das Baden im Meer ist wegen Felsküste etwas schwierig. Auto wird (zum Einkaufen, für Badeausflüge und/oder besondere Attraktionen) empfohlen. Zwei empfehlenswerte Restaurants am Ort.
Wertvolle Tipps vor Ort durch deutschsprachiges Personal.
Können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Größzügig, komfortabel, sehr gepflegt

Allgemein:
Wir (2xE 1xK7 1xK12), waren schon im zweiten Jahr in der Wohnung und waren in diesem Sommer genau so begeistert wie im letzten Jahr. Die Anlage hat eine schöne Architektur und ist sehr gepflegt. Kein Massentourismus, kein Stress, keine Hektik.
Die Lage zwischen ca. 500 Meter hohen Bergen und dem Meer sorgt immer wieder für fantastische Augen- und Ausblicke. Die Poolanlage ist sehr großzügig und nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt.

Wohnung:
Sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Klimaanlage, digitales Fernsehen und Radio, Waschmaschine ……… lassen kaum Wünsche offen.
Die Terrassen erlauben ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne oder mit Blick auf Cap-Formentor.

Sonstiges:
Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Trotz direkter Lage zum Strand gibt es vor Ort keinen schönen Badestrand. Geht man aber auf Entdeckungstour erreicht man in kurzer Zeit ruhige und schöne Badebuchten.
Auch Wanderungen sind direkt von der Anlage möglich.
Der Vermieterfamilie ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets um das Wohl der Mieter bemüht.

Fazit:
Wer es gerne (auch zur Hauptsaison) etwas ruhiger mag, aber auf die Schönheiten der Insel Mallorca nicht verzichten möchte, ist hier goldrichtig aufgehoben !

Schön, großzügig und qualitativ hochwertig

Generell:
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (6 & 9J) während zwei Wochen vor Ort und haben die Wohnung, sowie die gesamte Anlage erstmalig sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und umsorgt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren ca. 50% der Anwesenden in der Anlage Engländer, ca. 25% Spanier und ca. 25% Andere inklusive Deutsche
Wer hierher kommt, sucht nicht Malle, sondern Ruhe und Natur und ist bereit auch den einen oder anderen Kilometer mehr zu fahren. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgelegen von den grossen Tourizentren.
Wohnung:
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und vollständig, enthält von Geräten und Utensilien alles, was man braucht - wir haben auch mehrfach selbst gekocht. Schöne, robuste Möbel lassen auch Kinder entspannt und ohne Angst, Etwas zu beschädigen hier ausspannen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und Bäder nehmen dem morgendlichen Sich-fertig-machen die Spannung. Durch die Lage im Parterre kommt die Hitze nicht so zum tragen und die vorhandene Klimaanlage kann auch gerne ausgeschaltet bleiben.
Anlage:
Direktzugang zum Meer - allerdings kein "schöner" Badestrand, dafür spannende Felsen und Steine zum Bauen.
Wunderbar großer Pool mit abgetrenntem Teil für Kleinkinder, Spielplatz, Liegefläche mit Liegestühlen.
Der deutsche Hausmeister und der deutsche Nachtwächter sind zuvorkommend und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Kontakt zum Vermieter: Alles sehr gut, hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, jedoch nicht im August -schwitz
