Bilck über die ganze Bucht von Rosas,bei Tag und Nacht.
Dachgarten mit Windfang (Schneckenhaus) optimal zum Sonnenbaden. Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich Eingerichtet. Die direkte Umgebung eignet sich für lange Spaziergäng/Wanderungen mit/ohne Hund.
Alles in allem ein Ort um sich zuerhollen und wunderschönen Urlaub zuverleben!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Charme........

Hallo!
Mit größtem Vergnügen bewerten wir, als 4-köpfige Familie diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Mit Stil und Hingabe wurde diese Wohnung eingerichtet, bis ins kleinste Detail ist es mit Charme gestaltet. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Ganz besonders schön und romantisch ist das Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; der zauberhafte Wintergarten der kleine aber kuschlige Balkon mit Aussicht über das Meer, die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, überall freundliche Menschen und gutes Essen haben ebenfalls dazu beigetragen. Nun hoffen wir, bald wieder zu kommen!

zeer mooi uitzicht

Leuke vakantiewoning, zeer mooi uitzicht over Roses en de baai. Eenvoudig maar toch smaakvol ingerichte woning, het enigste minpunt vond ik toch de (harde) zit binnen bij de tv, had daar graag iets makkelijker willen zitten. De keuken is erg klein maar wel goed ingericht ook de kookplaat had iets meer pitten kunnen hebben. De bedden waren zeer goed, het is wel een huis waar je goed ter been moet zijn i.v.m. de vele trappen naar boven. Heb er drie weken gezeten en heb alle dagen van het uitzicht genoten, het is een woning waar je toch wel weer terug wilt komen voor een volgende vakantie. Het parkeren van de auto wil ook wel eens problemen geven loopt erg stijl en zijn alle huisjes bezet mag je hopen op een plaatsje dichtbij het huisje. Maar alles bij elkaar genomen prijs, uitzicht en het huisje hebben wij er toch een zeer goed gevoel aan over gehouden. EEN AANRADER

Superschöner Ausblick und individuelle Wohnung

Wir schließen uns den meisten Einträgen an: Gigantischer Ausblick, nette sehr gemütliche Wohnung, bequeme Betten (aber kleine Schlafzimmer).
Wir hatten mit vier Personen genügend Platz und Rückzugmöglichkeiten.
Für uns wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass es Fliegengitter und einen Einbruchsschutz vor den Schlafzimmern gibt und wir somit immer mit offenen Fenster schlafen konnten. Offene kleine Küche, mit Theke zum Wohnraum.
Die hintere Dachterasse ist mit Schichtschutzmauer versehen, man kann beim Sonnenbaden nicht einblicken. Wohnung ist relativ ruhig gelegen,
mal abgesehen von einigen Motorbooten die man vom Meer her hört.
Unsere Kinder konnten hinter dem Haus, auf einem kleinen Grundstück,
abseits der Straße spielen.

Herrliches Aussicht

Wir haben met vier Erwachsene die Wohnung benutzt und genossen.
Ein herrliches Aussicht und viele Möglichkeiten um irgendwo zu sitzen und das sehr schöne Aussicht zu geniessen. Auch die Möglichkeit um gerade von die Wohnung schöne Wanderungen zu machen hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Küche ist sehr klein aber trotzdem Komplett.
Die Schalfzimmern sind klein aber die Betten sind gut, und das ist sehr wichtig!
Wenn man die WC im Badezimmer benutzt und das Licht anzündet fängt die Lufter an zu lärmen. Wenn man das Nachts tut können die andere Gäste wach werden. Eine Lösung ist (wie die Vermieter schrieb) dann ein Lamp im Badezimmer ab zu stellen.
