House rules: House rules 1. Sun umbrella The umbrella is equipped with a wind hood and can take on some wind. With wind strengths higher than 3 - strong wind - please close the umbrella. 2. The next vacation guests should feel comfortable as well. 3. Tiles All rooms have tiles. Please remember that even a few drops of water can make it very slippery. Thus, it is best not to run through the house with wet hair/feet. Please bring slip-free shoes. I am speaking from experience! 4. Bed sheets, towels, etc There is an adequate amount available. Should something be missing, please contact the house management. A hair dryer is also available. Do not bring any towels or objects to the beach. 5. Kitchen It is equipped with all usual devices like an oven, range.

House rules, continued...: Do not leave any food open, otherwise you will be visited by ants and other animals. The dishes are not toys for the beach. 6. Please do not bring furniture and furnishings outside of the vacation home. 7. Windows, doors They are equipped with screen doors. Always keep the screen doors closed. Remember, the property is located in nature. 8. Pool The pool water is partially cleaned automatically. Please make sure that there is always enough water in the overflow pool. You can get instructions from the house management. A pool service is done weekly. Do not leave you children unattended by the pool - they could drown! Please make sure that no objects are thrown into the pool, like, for example, dates, pieces of wood, stones, food, bottles. Unfortunately, I have to say this. Note: water shortage Unfortunately it did not rain much last winter. Thus, it may be that when you are filling the pool, sand will be pumped with it.

House rules, continued....: The filter needs some time to filter out this sand. I ask for your understanding. Inform the house management. Should the authorities forbid the filling of private pools due to a water shortage, this will not lead to a decrease in rental price. There will be no financial compensation. (this has not yet happened) 9. Garbage There is a garbage box outside of the kitchen. Garbage must be taken care of by yourself. There are large containers downstairs on the street. A new container was set up directly by the lower driveway. Trash bags are located in the kitchen. Trash is to be taken out at latest every 2 days during the hot seasons. Never leave the garbage cans open. Do not dispose of food in the garden. Remember, you are living in nature, otherwise animals (like mice, etc) will be attracted. They can get into the house quickly and cause a lot of damage.
