About Nancy Wing
I'm originally from Vermont, and grew up enjoying beaches in Connecticut and Maine, and later in Florida. I've lived in Britain for 13 years, but returned to live and work in New England in 2011. I visit my family nearby in Naples throughout the year, and my condo gives me a place to stay when I'm here -- my home away from home.
Nancy Wing purchased this condo in 2013
Why Nancy Wing chose Bonita Springs
As mentioned, my family currently lives in Naples, but had previously lived in Bonita Springs for a dozen or so years, so I grew to love this beach. A year or so ago, I rented a couple different condos at Bonita Beach and Tennis -- and I was hooked. I was fortunate to find just the right unit for sale on the top floor facing south and jumped at the chance to renovate it for myself and my potential customers. I was glad it was in need of renovation! I hope you like the result as much as I do. My builder wasn't so impressed about the red sink, but I love it!
What makes this condo unique
I love that it's just a few steps across the street to the beach, and there's plenty of parking. You can come back to the condo for lunch so easily. The view is fantastic, and no one can see inside, except perhaps when you're on the balcony. And if you're an early riser, you can see a wonderful sunrise in the east. And, being a studio, it's just the right size, easy to maintain but spacious enough to be comfortable. I like to cook and bake, so I've outfitted the kitchen with things I might need to make a pie, cake, cookies, cupcakes or pizza. And there are two convection ovens (both microwave and range have convection ovens) so you can cook up a storm if the mood strikes. But there are also a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The sofa is comfy and cotton too, and pulls out as a queen size bed as needed, with some fun sheets too. With a limestone floor and shower walls, and a red translucent vessel sink (my indulgence, along with the red onyx accent tiles) it just feels like a great place for a special vacation/holiday. I can't wait to get back, too!
Guestbook comments from the owner
We had a wonderful time – the condo was perfect and so well equipped.
Thoroughly enjoyed walking – to the beach, Fish House (great for tacos), and Doc’s, of course. Went to Big Hickory Grille last night on the advice of our fishing captain – great little place, no wait, good food.
