This 3 bedroom condominium offers exceptional privacy and is located within a gated community just four blocks from downtown Palm Springs.
Condo del Sol is newly furnished and its 1800 sq ft span FOUR LEVELS. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
Situated in the quiet, gated community of the Village Racquet Club, the complex offers 8 pools and 8 Jacuzzis, 3 lighted tennis courts, 2 indoor racquetball courts, a basketball court & a fitness center. There is new furniture throughout and flat screen HD TV's in most rooms. It is located on the perimeter of the complex with beautiful views of trees and the mountains. One of the 8 pools is close by, but out of hearing range. This is a great place to relax, read a book by the pool and enjoy all the best Palm Springs has to offer. The Village Racquet Club is conveniently located in Central Palm Springs and is in close proximity to coffee, shopping, restaurants & entertainment.
On the upper floor you'll find the master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, an enormous walk in closet, and a flat screen HD-TV. The bathroom has dual sinks and a shower (sorry, no tub). Plenty of towels and extra linens are provided. There is a desk and chair in the adjacent sun room, in the event you need to attend to any work while away from home.
This floor also has a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Across the hall is a private bathroom for this bedroom and a closet containing a stacked washer and dryer unit for your convenient use.
Next level down is the living room with vaulted ceilings, a wet-bar, a stunning gas fireplace with floor to ceiling masonry, and a sofa & love seat with glass coffee tables. The living room has a HD (3D) TV, sound system, and a dvd player. The TV is a 'smart' set from which you can stream Netflicks or Pandora music.
The balcony off the living room overlooks undeveloped land filled with tall trees and afternoon egrets visiting the creek that runs below. Use the small fridge at the wet bar for the iced tea or wine you'll want to enjoy from the balcony table.
The next level below that is the entryway from the street and carport. Here you'll find the second guest bedroom, with its queen-sized bed and a HD TV mounted on the wall. This bedroom opens up onto its own private patio with a fountain. This guest room has its own private bathroom located across the hall (shower but no tub).
On the lower level is the dining area, a breakfast bar, and a private patio where you'll find chairs surrounding a fire table ... the perfect place to visit on a crisp evening.
The kitchen is well-equipped kitchen (gas range & oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave) and stocked with all the dishes & cookware you'll need for your stay. From this level, the double-doors lead to the closest pool, which is just around the corner.

I love the community of Palm Springs; it's a small town filled with people who treat each other well. From this location, I can walk (or, more often, bicycle) to three different Starbucks!
I love the quiet and privacy I've found in this place. I also love the lush vegetation and having so many trees around. The features I liked best about this unit are: (1) the gorgeous fireplace; (2) the gorgeous kitchen; and (3) the lack of mirrors all over the place!
My partner and I spent the month of April 2014 at Margot's Condo del Sol. The house is in great condition and very well organised. Rented other places of VRBO where kitchen equipment was tired or dirty. Not here, we left the house with the impression that Margot must enjoy cooking, because here kitchen is very well organised. When we did not venture out to explore the great range of restaurants in Palm Springs and nearby Palm Desert, we enjoyed evenings in and were impressed by the Media set-up of the house. Netflix free to use in living room and master bed on the large flat screens was certainly very welcome. Clearly most impressive was the responsiveness of the owner, when the A/C broke with temperatures approaching 100 outside. She was on the phone straight away and had the problem addressed in no time. The car port is fantastic to keep your car out of the sun, but I would recommend coming in a compact or medium sized car. We came in large SUV and it fitted, but did not leave much space on either side.

After staying our this COndo for 8 days, all we can say is that most everything was exactly as described. COmmunication with the owner was very professional and fast. THe condo ammenities were more than amble. Actually too many to have in our short stay there.
The best part of this condo was the nearby pool and how quite the location was. No noise from neighbours nor the surrounding areas.
It location of the gated community was really convenient being so close to downtown. Having a Ralph's only a few blocks up Ramon RD was also really nice.
We would'nt hesitate to rent this facility again. Highly recommend for folks looking for a reasonably priced 3 bedroom condo.
I was lucky enough to stay here shortly after this condo's extensive renovation. It is beautiful -- all the furnishings are carefully selected and high end. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal and the breakfast bar is lovely. My favorite spot is the downstairs patio with the lovely gas firepit. The little pool right by the condo is great for a refreshing dip; for lap swimming, you just walk to a different pool about a minute away. The place is wonderfully quiet and private. Can't wait to go back!
