The villa is arranged in a luxury and tasteful style (built in the five stars´ Mediterranean style): 84 m² suite, a 50 m² studio, each with loggia, or a 19 m² apartment. Located 300 m away from the lake in the middle of a forest, 5 km west of Postdam, facing the island town of Werder. It offers a high quality arrangement with granite floors, floor heating system, central ventilation system, WLAN, suitable for people with allergies and barrier free. Own parking lot in the back side of the house. Personal catering (breakfast by arrangement); bed linen and bath towels included in the rental price, also table tennis, Finn- sauna/bio- sauna or infrared cabin for a low fee. Public pool, play ground and 700 meters ways a vacation place where you can rent canoes. Motor boats at Werder. Public transportation: near train station Werder- Havel. Trains in ½ hour to Postdam, in 15 minutes to Berlin- Hbf in 30 minutes. Bahnhof Werder is 20 minutes away by foot. Bus service to Postdam during the week

Bedroom (12 m²): Doble-Bed (180x200cm, with two matratzes; glass cabinet, bedsideglas-tables; First – Aid botiquin. Bathroom (11m2): shower, bathtub and 2 washbowls. Check- in / Car: Time of arrival by arrangement. You will receive the key after delivering a copy of your ID. The parking-place is behind the house, beside the meadow. A car is not necessary because of the near train-station. (20 minutes to walk).

Erholsamer Urlaub auch bei schlechtem Wetter

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Suite, der Möbelmix rutscht in den Hintergrund aufgrund der sehr geräumigen Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage hat uns zu langen Spaziergängen mit Kinderwagen angeregt. In der Nähe gibt es ein Restarant direkt am See, wo man auch gut essen kann. Wir konnten ohne Auto, d.h. mit Kinderwagen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nutzen. Ansonsten kann man auch den nahegelegenden Einkaufspark für größer Shoppingtouren nutzen. Der Park Sanssouci ist nur 4 km entfernt.

Gut geeignet für kulturinteressierte Naturliebhaber. Großzügige Wohnung mit kleinen Einrichtungsdefiziten. Besonders geeignet für Radtouren. Sehr nette, freundliche Vermieter.

Komfortable Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Nach unserer Erfahrung mit über 50 Ferienwohnungen im In- und Ausland ist diese Ferienwohnung eine der schönsten, in ruhiger Lage, komfortabel eingerichtet,
so daß man bei schlechtem Wetter auch gerne mal "Zuhause" bleibt.
Das Doppelbett ist nach unserem Geschmack zu schmal, wir würden uns außerdem getrennte Matratzen wünschen.

Potsdam und Berlin sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel leicht zu erreichen.

wunderschöne Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer direkt in den Wald, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Potdam erreichbar mit dem PKW in ca. 15.Minute. Gut geeignet für Naturliebhaber (Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren) und für Kulturinteressierte .Die Grundausstattung der gepflegten Wohnung/Suite ist luxuriös, aber die Möblierung entspricht in Teilbereichen (Wohnzimmer ) nicht einer 5 Sterne sondern einer 3 Sterne Wohnung (Möblierung des Wohnbereiches Möbelmix unterschiedlichen Alters ) Die Vorteile überwiegen allerdings und der
Gastgeber versicherte , dass die Ausstattung noch verbessert werden würde, daher empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter.
