The apartments are situated on the ground floor and the first floor of an attractive villa with a large terrace and balconies. They are all nicely furnished with well-equipped kitchens, air conditioning, TV SAT, a parking lot in front of the house and barbecue in the garden. Porec is one of the main Croatian tourist centres, situated on the western shore of Istria. Das Little K ist mit allem Noetigen ausgestattet, und sehr gemuetlich eingerichtet. Das Ganze ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kueche ist mit Filterkaffemaschine, Geschirrspueler sowie dem noetigen Geschirr gut ausgestattet.
Klimaanlage sowie TV auch mit deutschsprachigen Sendern ist vorhanden. Die Terrasse laedt zum gemuetlichen Verweilen ein. Sehr nette Vermieter welche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Schon sehr gute Betreuung bei der Buchung bis zur Anreise

Die Wohnlage ist ruhig. Strand und Stadt sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. (spart einiges an Parkgebuehren!) Der grosse Supermarkt ist bloss ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Wir koennen die Villa Mihaela nur weiterempfehlen!
Owner's Response: Wir haben diesen Ferienwohnung gemuetlich fuer ein Paar eingerichtet. Und wir freuen uns wenn unsere Gaeste zufrieden sind.

Das Ferienhaus im Garten war ähnlich einer umgebauten Garage. Der Garten war minimal klein. Die Wohnung 10 Autominuten vom öffentlichen Strand.
Da Haus liegt an einer nicht ganz ruhigen Straße.
Die Gastwirte sind sehr freundlich.
Das von den Vermietern empfohlene Fischrestaurant entsprach komplett unseren Vorstellungen. Sehr gut.
