The Villa is situated close to the town of Nydri, on the hillside of a fantastic 12 ha property. From the flower-covered terrace, you have got a beautiful view onto the sea and the green mountains in the hinterlands. The 10 x 6 m large Pool offers private swimming fun and heavenly peace away from the lively town of Nydri. All rooms in the house have marble floors, and each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The beautiful, spacious living room with TV and Video is opened towards the dining area. The double room with access to a marble bathtub is a paradise for late risers. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the garden level, there is a ca. 100 m² apartment with a separate entrance available. It is not connected to the apartment on the pool level. The town of Nydri, about 1 km away, has romantic taverns, many shopping facilities and typical, small dancing halls and discos. Nydri is very popular among sailors.

Lefkas is award winning for it´s beautiful beaches. Porto Katsiki is the most beautiful town in Greece and one of the most beautiful in Europe. Other astonishing beaches are Egremni, Kathisma, Agios Nikitas... The town of Lefkas was built after the example of a typical Italian village, with lots of alleys. On the opposite side is Nydri and Skorpios, the famous island of Onassis. In Nydri, there are boats available for little tours to Skorpios and Ithaka.
